John was always quick to reply to my emails, he was on time for our appointment and was extremely thorough with the 3 pieces of furniture he cleaned for me - they look amazing! I hired John to clean our carpets and sofa at a new home we purchased prior to move in. I didn’t meet John in person, but I didn’t need to because his communication was THAT good! Not only was he extremely responsive, but his work was also great too. Don’t hesitate on this one, excellent work at a great price. 5 stars well deserved!

I contacted John for carpet cleaning services on our old carpets with many stains over the years and new puppy urine. John was quick to respond, able to come within a couple days, professional, arrived on time and did a great job. I was amazed at how quickly he worked and cleaned up and would definitely recommend him. Should have had this done ages ago and will definitely have him back for another refresh over time.
