I went there to repair my gold ring. The two ladies were very judgmental. The one helping me (for like a min) took off and went to help another customer. They were having a full on conversation laughing and she comes back to the counter to take her phone, while I’m just standing there waiting. The other one comes back doesn’t acknowledge me so I ask her if she has a diamond tester(I wanted to test a diamond ring that was gifted to me) she goes “no it’s broken.” That’s it. Like how are you gonna run this place and have a broken diamond tester. Anyways stood there for half an hour and I had work so I told the other lady I’m taking my ring and she just nodded no nothing at all. Very poor service. How are you going to be a minority in this country and treat other minorities like this. They need to learn customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So happy to bought a pair of pretty earrings from this store. The sales is so nice, so many designs to choose, love it, I will be back.

Go elsewhere. Very bad service and communication. Received a quote $55 higher than I initially was told so declined the repair and the goldsmith did it anyway. We came to an agreement and I walked out thinking he probably fixed it on purpose so I would cave and take the ring. Very suspicious of what went down there. Saw other comments that called them scammers and I intend to agree.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Customer service is non existent and their knowledge of jewelry is questionable. I won't be shopping here again!

I brought in 2 watches to be fixed. Both needed a new battery, one needed the clasp fixed. They called saying they couldn't fix the clasp but changed the battery. I replied that I do not want to pay for a battery for a watch I cannot wear, I dont want to put in a battery without the clasp being fixed. They said we'll I wasn't told that so yea. No solution was offered. Went to pick them up, paid for both batteries. Woman at the counter said two words to me, did not tell me the total just handed me the machine to pay. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. Having a wrist watch battery replaced but no working clasp or band is like buying a chicken just for the purpose of letting it rot in your fridge.

Bought diamond earrings broke first time I wore them. No service. Would never shop here again.

Would have given a zero if available. Those guys are scammers. They sell stuff claiming it is sterling silver and they know it is a cheap played metal. They will tell you the sale is final and non refundable. It is just a scam. For the same price you can buy an ounce of pure silver. But you know then it is silver.

Went there for repair my jewelry. Wonderful work done. Staffs are awesome. Great service.
