Helpful and informative staff. The gentleman at the front called Jasper Towing for us to help us get out of a bind and get home safely

I have seen a few other posts on this very topic but I will still add my review. I needed a replacement part for my vehicle and being a resident of Jasper this was the easiest option for me. The lady on the phone very eagerly said yes we can order the part in. It felt like a fast find for what I knew to be a tricky product. Therefore I questioned her to ask if she was sure it was right and that she had the correct information. She assured me yes. Well a week went along and the part came in and sure enough it was not correct. That’s when I began interacting with a new worker on the desk. From my receipts her name is Karen. Right off the bat seemed annoyed at me for no reason. She was rude, condescending, and generally unhelpful. I had to return the product and thankfully it was the worker I spoke with on the phone when I went back the next day to make the return. She was very helpful in ensuring the part was correct in order to fix her initial mistake order. I highly appreciated her assistance. But then came the second pick up. The rude worker was only worse this time. I needed another part, just a simple screw, I was told to just look on the wall. She had no interest in helping me find what I needed. And she was more interested in the incoming phone call then the person right in front of her. In conclusion, I just wanted to post and add my experience in case it helped anyone else decide where to go for business.

The woman “helping” us was so rude and condescending! Even when we heard her take a phone call she was so unfriendly to the person on the phone! I guess it doesn’t matter how you treat people when you’re the only place in town.. the other man working seemed very nice though!

Great part place, good prices and helpful. If you can get used to the fact that the people running the tills likely know more about car mechanics then you do. They also understand dummy mechanics. I said I need a new square black think that sits next to that big metal bar that goes between the motor and the tire." And they sold me the right part!"

On the remote shore of a Canadian lake two travellers from different continents met. Against the rugged majesty of the mountains their conversation quickly turned to one subject; the extreme rudeness of the woman who works at NAPA Jasper. Both had attempted to spend their money at the store the day before, both had been made to feel that they were causing her the greatest inconvenience imaginable and been offered no help at all. If you are in Jasper and have a car trouble it’s worth driving a day to Edmonton rather than experiencing this exceptional unprofessionalism.

The lady is rude and condescending but unfortunately it's the only place in town to get parts. Trying to buy local but I guess I'll buy online from now on.

I was looking for special oil for my 2008 BMW M3 and NAPA only had alternatives. Steve, the gentleman working there, double and triple checked the owners manual and the specs of the oil that he had to make sure it was the type recommended in the owners manual. His conscientiousness really showed in his atittude. Thanks for your great service, Steve!

Super helpful staff. They probably don't stock everything you might need but they go above and beyond to get it in for you.

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Put a smile on my face, AND helped me change my windshield wipers. Highly recommend these guys!
