I had help managing my credit from Consolidated Credit about 10 years ago and I know how much of a big help it was for me financially and mentally. Fast forward a decade later, a lot has changed and everything has become expensive and economically challenging for everyone. I am again needing the help of Consolidated Credit and I know I am going to get the help I needed and the peace of mind that I immediately got after speaking with them the first time.Leslie was very, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me all I needed to know and what’s expected of me when I enter the program. He gave me options and the pros and cons of them. He was direct, gave me clear, concise explanations and we finished the process in less than an hour. He is amazing!Like a ton of weight was instantly lifted off my shoulders. I know I have about 4 years to finish my payments but I know it will be 4 years of work towards peace of mind. That is what Consolidated Credit gives to their customers, peace of mind.

Zafar was excellent! I was a bit embarrassed about my situation, but Zafar was very understanding and explained the process of consolidating and how it would help me and my family. He did a great job and going over all my concerns and helped me find alternative solutions to more credit cards. I only wish I had called sooner.

I was embarrassed about my debt, but Leslie (who helped me set up my account) was very nice and didn’t make any comments about me being in debt, also gave me lots of information on different routes to go. We even had some laughs on the phone. Really great experience, excited to improve my debt and it feels like they really want to help. There’s only 1 fee to get started, then they take a little out every month, but nothing too much to feel like you’re loosing money in any way. Definitely excited to see where this goes!

First of, Luigi calmed my nerves cause I was quite frustrated and nervous on what to do, he then used his expertise to advice me on my debt consolidation. He was just amazing, soft spoken, patient and knowledgeable in how he detailed the steps on how I would alleviate my debt. Definitely a five star rating for me.
