Requested more info on the offices. Regus has tried calling me every hour from 8am to 9pm at night. They did not leave a voicemail, and I have a busy schedule and was not able to call them back. I would recommend doing business elsewhere.

Regus is one of the most frustrating companies to deal with, I have a year left on my contract and am stuck, good luck if they bill you incorrectly and when they don't it takes hours to get a refund.Try getting back your retainer, that can also take a year. It really sucks when their business model is not refunding money when they make mistakes.

Extremely unprofessional. Having multiple pushy reps contact me for one month. I have asked to be removed from their contact list and they continue to email and call. Was told about a space that was available then when it was time to go see it, it wasn't available. Not a good experience.

Awesome experience with the area manager Shoaib. Got all of the information in the initial meet up. Excellent community management by Melissa and the associate Amruta. Very easy to use hotel for office space"; truly what the tag line suggests."

Will never use the Regus service again.I completed the agreement in June 2020 and they continue to issue me with lease invoices after the end of the contract. After another period of 6 months of email to me or I want to renew so I again informed that my contract is over and I do not want to renew anything. Then after a few days I received an email saying that my contract was renewed.If you do not want them to cheat you, they will find another one.

Will never use the Regus service again, I have use the virtual office for over 20 months, unfortunately the company was dissolved on this October, I sent the message to the local office and try to cancel it, they denied! They force me to finish the whole year payment which is ridiculous, I didn't signed any agreement to renew the contract an other whole year, very very poor experience for the small business!

I rented an office there for about a year and enjoyed my stay a lot! Melissa and Caitlyn were fantastic and people I met there were great too. Convenient location and well managed. Wish the free parking was longer but it didn’t faze my vote for Regus Crowfoot.

Experience varies location to location but the Calgary area centers and management are doing something right. I use their office spaces for 3 months every year during the tax season and this year was extra special with help from the new area sales manager and the community team.
