Amazing customer service. Employee name Bernie was very helpful today as we stopped by there today for our baby registry.

The manager their has no manner ...I visited their for return...very bad customer service .. the old Indian lady so called Raw manager has no ethics...very bad experience. Do not recommend... instead visit pembina location very good Employee’s...

Courteous and helpful staff : my go to for kiddlies treats

I had a great experience there. I went to Buy Buy with the hopes that they would have some good sales, and was disappointed. I went to Babies R Us neat Polo to get what I missed there and wished that I had skipped my first stop. Naturally, the selection was much better but the staff were much friendlier and helpful. I enjoyed the experience of shopping far more at this store.

Was at this location today and they let one customer buy all the new Star Wars retro vintage figures, clearly so they could be resold at an inflated price.Very unfair how they allow customers to buy up all of one thing and leave nothing for anyone else will not shop at this location again.

Do not go here if you enjoy racial profiling. Todays visit was quite the doozy. During my visit today, went to help a friend find the washroom with when an employee exclaimed that I could not bring merchandise into the washroom. Quite the egregious thing to assume and say to someone, especially when they weren’t the one who was going to the washroom in the first place. What’s more, once we did finally pay for merchandise, a different employee approached the friend asking if he had paid for the item, mere minutes after he’d just finished paying for it. This kind of behaviour is so unacceptable and disappointing. Easily the most unwelcoming location in the city.

Very bad service nobody was there to assist...we stand there half an hour and called so many time please can someone come to but ... lady was on phone didn't come .....very bad service.......

Very disappointed. Went to buy a birthday present for my grandson to find they close at 7. People do work and your hours are not convenient. I can't tell you how many people were there when I was there.
