Car wash does not work at all. When you bring it up to the station attendant they accuse you of lying. Make sure you check your car as soon as you leave the car wash.

I like to use this Shell station for the car wash. The problem is that usually the printers at the pumps are out of paper so you need to go into the kiosk to get your receipt to use the car wash. I asked the attendant why they don't go out and put printing slips in the pumps and they told me that the printers were broken. At a time like this, where we are trying to minimize interactions and contact, you would think that Shell would make it a priority to make the systems work the way they are supposed to. Otherwise I really like the car wash and have never had any issues with that.

Busy Gas station, but the clerks are always nice , they have a vacuum, car wash and they accept the IGA gas reduction receipt when it's available.

This car wash is to be avoided . I was looking at this low scores and I have to agree. Nothing related to the employees. It's the owner. The car wash never works adequately. I was there Sunday morning and again it needed repairs. The water spray for the wheels and lower parts of the car wasn't working again I took a picture of it. Also the system skipped a water cycle and for those like me that took the extra with the wax option well we did not get it. It started and stopped working just before the spray then I get the green light for the dryer! The actual score is 0/10

As of April 2022 it's not even a functional petrol station. For a while they were cash-only (I presumed it was a temporary thing) and then the pumps and the car wash stopped working entirely. There's just a solitary employee who stands inside saying the system is down" and it's been like this for several days; I don't know why it's even open."

The worst gas station you could ever go to their employees are disrepectful and the service is horrible. Long story short, I went to go put gas and paid at the pump I then realized they charged me a car wash which I never chose myself. When I mention this to the employee he says it is none refundable and they cannot do anything about it. Now, I can't even use my ticket because the car wash is non functional. They refuse to give me a refund for my carwash but cannot provide me with the carwash service. It has been about 3 weeks now and it is still non functional. The employees have a lot of attitude and show no type of empathy for their clients. You would think shell would provide a better service than this which is quite disappointing. I have never experienced nothing like this before.

Worse carwash ever, it's better to wash your car under rain than this nonsense expensive dirty results carwash. Don't trust to the opening hour too! Totale perte de temps et l'argent !!!

Visited for a gas refill and purchased the premium car wash. Costs about $15.The car wash was not reloaded with any detergent. The three color wax was colorless. The final protective coat was awful and left my car smelling like strong cat urine.As you exit through the blowers drying your car, a timer shows up with 90 seconds but shuts down both, the blowers and, the timer itself at 30 seconds. You'll be in the middle wondering what just happened :)Customer service reached out because of this review. I haven't and most likely won't contact them but I'm sure they're more than willing to remedy the situation by a refund or a free wash.Actually I was sure if I had left my car and went into the kiosk, and spoke to the person attending, he will point me to customer service or maybe offer a fix but I didn't have the time. This is why I opted for a fast car wash machine rather than an obviously better hand wash, or even the ultimate, hand wash it myself.I appreciate customer service reaching out, but I still think it's a 1 star rating because they failed at delivering what they sold. A premium fast car wash.

The worst customer service experience
