For one I pay for prime all day it said courier had picked up. Would be out for delivery. I live in an area where if someone isn't home when a package arrives it's gone in minutes. Losing a day's wages over chit I can't buy local. This is ridiculous. Most companies run like this would be out of business.

Delivery driver delivered to wrong address! Good thing I recognized my neighbours side door deck and had to retrieve my own package! I don’t have a deck! You delivery drivers need to do a better job and maybe knock on the door so we know you were there and get the right house

If this is where Amazon packages are picked up for delivery then they need to teach their delivery people to pay attention to postings. A delivery was received where it is CLEARLY posted to deliver packages to the side door. I am getting extremely tired of watching delivery people read the sign and then totally ignore it and simply drop the package at the front of the house. If they're unable to comprehend simple instructions then they shouldn't be working as delivery people.

Night delivery is waste of time I’m waiting for more than one hour and Amazon employees are just not opening doors and not telling anything to delivery drivers that is just cruel making any human being wait in dark with mosquitoes for more than one hour, when they can just let us know that it will take this long or what’s going on. It’s just really bad of Amazon

What's the point of a delivery instruction option if they Never do as was put? My packages better still be on the step when i get home! They left them in plain sight of the sidewalk. Winnipeg is bad for porch piratesUPDATELuckily they were all still there but the lighter ones blew all the way to the front yard. If not for my fence, who knows where they would have ended up.

Worst service ever from a driver! Parked in my driveway while he was making his delivery and when I pulled up a minute after refused to move his vehicle until he made his delivery. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
