Canadian Cannabis Clinics - (Online & Phone Appointments Only)

Mostly friendly staff. Office was quite busy when I was there but I was seen by the doctor (over Skype) and the counsellor fairly quickly. Recommendations given by doctor and counsellor were somewhat contrary to each other so I had to ask some questions about that. Was not given a choice of LPs but have so far been pleased with the one I was registered with. Will have the option to change LPs in 3 months at follow-up if I want. Clinic provides plenty of information about medical marijuana which is appreciated. Counsellor provided me with her email which I also appreciate as I do have some follow-up questions now that my treatment has started.

I have gotten professional service so far, and don't expect anything less. Three months into treatment, and I am feeling better than I have for a very long time. I feel like I'm getting my life back! I no longer have the overwhelming pain that dragged me down and made even walking so difficult. I can finally function on a normal level again . I am very happy this office has opened here.

Always helpful, always respectful, always professional and always discreet. Absolutely thank God everyday for my CBD experience and how much it has helped me transform my health needs. I kicked all prescriptions for arthritis pain, high blood pressure and depression/anxiety to the curb forever, thanks to Dr. Collins and her fantastic, professional, expert team. It was a really good experience over all.Very supportive and compassionate crew!Some waiting is to be expected (like anywhere) but I've always had my appointment within the time frame specified.Very good if you need medical info./ support.Or just curious to see.Very friendly to new clients!They helped with the side effects from my other medication: My sleep and appetite are back to normal!Great choice! The staff of the clinics are well informed, conscientious and supportive of their clients. As someone new to the medical cannabis world, I felt very confident that I received the best information I needed from Dr. Bhatti and all the staff who support me. As a nurse, I was very pleased with the rigour of the clinic's assessment, diagnosis and prescription processes. I highly recommend them.

I not sure what people are expecting when I read the other reviews. I can tell you that the staff is professional and will look after your needs. If for any reason you have been denied Cannabis as a treatment, then maybe it is not meant for you and your condition. You can always ask for a second opinion. But throwing a bad review is not warranted. Like any medical clinic in Canada there can be times where you are waiting to be seen by the doctor, but for the most part I have been in and out in under an hour. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Collins, well she's the best. I recommend that you do your homework. i.e. download the referral form, have your family doctor fill it out and then book an appointment. Things will go much smoother for you. Remember that the Canadian Government has a heavy hand in how medical cannabis is currently issued. OHIP pays for your visit here so you do not need to pay for the services. Some clinics may require you to pay up front.Overall my experiences with Canadian Cannabis Clinic have been awesome and they have gone above and beyond to look after me. Thanks guys.

I have been a client for more than five years and find this clinic to be very professional and has the perfect answer to my medical condition. Now that they have moved to online and phone appointments it makes interaction very easy.

Hands down the best staff that I have ever met! The front desk woman runs that place like a well crewed ship! Extremely clean and organized. The doctor was having some issues which set everyone back a bit but it was the one time I didn't mind waiting for a doctor as I found great conversation in the waiting area. Lana, the counselor was really helpful and friendly as well. Actually looking forward to my appointments with them!

Dissapointing.First visit was awesome, yet to have my second visit.They were very polite, and friendly, however once I got home, and I was set up with my LP, I found out that that specific LP doesn't do compassionate pricing for OW clients, which I was told they do.(She had even done a few clicks on her computer, I don't know if she was actually looking up info I asked for, or just making it seem so, so they will have a happy customer, but it was wrong)When I called to ask about other LP's I was told to google it" for the information
