Bilal Community and Family Centre (BCFC) has been working with NSD Tech, they have provided us with various options to meet our needs. NSD Tech has designed and expanded our website. We now have a renovated, and expanded website which provides up to date information to our clients. Sumegha is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with her. My organization worked with Sumegha to make important repairs and updates on our website. Our website is integral to our work but was very difficult to work with and often took a lot of time trying to understand how to fix it. As a woman dealing only with male tech support in the past, some of my experiences when asking for technical help have been very dis-empowering. I've been told I 'break' systems because I was a 'super user', by a frustrated tech guy after he'd tried 3 times in one week to fix the same problem.
