Unbelievable wait times in emergency. That's why Healthcare is 'free' because it's non existent. The worse hospital I have been to.

Doctors an nurses take far too long to do the most basic things... been waitin 3 + hours and stilll no service. Pretty well ready to get up and leave without treatment. What an udder disgrace. Waste of taxpayer money.

Today I supposed to have a telle psych appointment but the lady on the phone is incapable of informing me as to what time it is when I call in needing a reminder. Now I unfortunately am missing my appointment as I know its this morning but as to when I don't know and she won't tell me so I can drive in at the right time. And on top of it the rude treatment that she gave me is entirely unacceptable from a Healthcare professional. This place needs some staff reworking.

The health centre is very welcoming and spotless even though there’s a ton of snow outside. The staff here work hard and take a huge amount of pride in this amazing facility. I wouldn’t think twice about coming to this health facility which offers an array of health services.

All staff were amazing to deal. Very professional, friendly & efficient. They made my stay very comfortable & I was well looked after.

I called in after being up all night from an insane toothaches I called to see how they could help me out because I’m at home alone with my daughter, It’s 5:30 am and the lady on the phone told me not to come in until 7:30 because the doctor is sleeping. I said so don’t come until 730! She said I can’t say that. But you just did! “Well you can come in but the doctor might not get up until 730 - 8” is this some kind of joke.???

Awful experience. My grandpa passed away yesterday at this hospital. The night before my cousin and I walked down to grab him a glass of water and a Short woman with short blonde hair rudely walked in after us with a snotty attitude saying “you girls aren’t suppose to be in here.” And we kindly said we didn’t know and that we were only grabbing a small glass of water. Which we got a “yeah, well there’s a sign on the door. If you need water you ring the nurses.” With a disgusting attitude, I’m sorry but my grandpa was in horrible pain, and we didn’t feel the need to bother nurses for a tiny glass of water.For more context, we couldn’t see the signs as the hallway lights were off. One sign was hanging off the door, practically laying on the floor. So, we are sorry we couldn’t see the signs but they didn’t make it very visible to see them. We did not need that attitude from that lady, especially since our grandpa was laying in that bed, dying. So thank you cot making this experience worse than it already was, we thought she was a nurse but she is only an administrator.You wonder why people in this town hate this hospital and its staff.

My wife had a wonderful labour experience at this hospital. Dr Estie was a wonderful Dr as well as the nurses.

They have staff that don’t care for you, dishonest, can’t speak English or French(Canadian), don’t do diagnosis when needed! Don’t do anything about sickness, turn you away all the time, Doctors and nurses, and staff aren’t honest, don’t do testing properly, get inaccurate results, and don’t put patients on medication, don’t let parents see their child’s medical file but let other people that aren’t allowed to by law like step moms!

Rude and ignorant receptionist at the front desk. I never go to the hospital, in fact it had been so long since my last visit they deleted me from the AHS system. But when I come in and say I can't breathe and I've had multiple covid tests that've all been negative, I don't understand why I'm still treated like a leper. Also when I can't breathe and come to emerg I'd like to be seen within 45 minutes please, considering it was empty when I came in I don't think this is too much to ask. Do better
