To all those negative comments on the services. Let me tell you that l had my first experience just before holidays and got a great service. They gave me a spare car that was available, brand new with no hesitation. Not only that, I went back few days later and they gave an SUV as it was available .I got my SUV back, shiny, well done and with a smile.I would recommend this place to those looking for a professional job.

These are the issues I encountered with Fix Auto Marche Central:1) The car was ready 1 full week after the estimated date.2) They fixed the door and broke the power window, the window went down but not up. I had to drive to the shop at -10c with the drivers' window down. for them to fix it. The repair shop said the problem was the vehicle's age even though this had never happened before.3) The power window broke again and they decided it was worth it to replace it this time after I drove there again with the window down while it was snowing.4) The driver door was not adjusted properly and there was a lot of noise coming in inside the car. The paint chipped from rubbing with the front fender and the driver's seat got wet when it rained. I took the car to the shop to be told that this was not the door. I asked them to do a drive test and the employee refused saying that they have other methods and that again it was a pre-existing problem! I was able to convince the employee to adjust the door, the noise and the water are gone but the door now looks misaligned. I'd rather have that!I'm overall very dissatisfied with the service I've been provided. I encourage you to look for another shop. My mechanic was not surprised to hear about the service I was provided as many of this customers have received a similar service from Fix Auto Marche Central. I do have to say that the customer service staff were very nice.

The best professional team ever, they fixed my car in only 2 days, I just want to thank the gentleman and the lady on the reception they are very friendly and kind, I felt very comfortable

Dealt with them a few months ago. Owner was exceptionally rude with me and was acting like a frustrated teenage kid. Started yelling at me because they had a problem with repairing my car. The problem was totally out of my control and was their mistake.I would not go back even if you would pay me.

I do not suggest this garage. I had an accident with my SUV, once at this garage, they said they don't have any SUVs while my insurance company said that i am eligible for a SUV but they provided me with a small Toyota Corolla that was not secure at all, the engine check was on, breaks were making a weird noise, the airbags weren't functioning and their lights were on and many other factors. try to avoid this garage as much as you can. Whatever I wrote here I do have physical evidence that ill post.

They offer life warranty for the paint and the repairs they do while you are the owner of the car. My paint has cracked two times at the same place where it was repaired and looking at it closely multiple places are cracked, and they argue stress on the bumper.... come on... I am really disappointed with the quality and the service.Updating my previous comment with some proofs of the repairs and paint quality after only 3 years of the repair. Take your own conclusions.

I take my vehicle Honda CRV after accident for repair. I met Mr MATHIEU which he was very nice and professional. They provide me with temporary car (even not SUV, but was very good and safe to drive). the repairs were completed quickly and done like the car come from the manufacturer. Excellent customer service and . would recommend to any one that needs repairs. Radwan

THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I EVER HAD . The people there have no patience no sens of customer service. They really dont care about what you think as a client. They dont listen they Talk you listen. UNDERSTAND!! ? Lol. I REALLY REALLY SUGGEST YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE!

My insurance recommended them. Everything was good except the paint they did which is the reason I used their service in the first place. For this reason I gave them 1 star. So actually, my car was hit from behind. And the trunk was deformed in the middle. Instead of making the metal straight again and then paint, they simply filled the deformed area with something and painted on top. When I picked the car it was snowing, and the trunk was covered with snow, so I couldn't notice problem. The overall work looked good with the snow. But the second day without the snow, I noticed it. I called and even I send an Email and they didn't respond till this moment. I found this very unprofessional. I call this cheating. I checked later, I found that they charged my insurance company a big number for this small job. I am sure I would have found someone to do a clean work for less.

Job was done very sloppy, had to go back and even after that it wasn't done well. Not sure if the person who was fixing my car would done the same job if it was his own vehicle ?! If you use this place, make sure you go with the person who does estimate and show him where your car been hit and what needs to be fix and replaced and make him write it down to details . Anyways I would not recommend this place, sorry.
