Reliable Parts

Terrible. It has been since May that I ordered a crisper drawer for our fridge. I have now called them 2 times and I get a response that they are very busy on weekends and short staffed. They say they are going to call me back on Monday but have yet to do so. First time I called them they said it was delivered. The second time I called them the part was in transit. I have asked for a credit back as they have already took payment. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone completing online orders, as I am out of pocket over $200 for something I haven’t got yet

Great store. They have every part for every appliance. Came here because of a broken pump for my Washing Machine. The guy was really nice, and helpful, and we were able to quickly pickup the product. It has a very convenient location as well near the airport by my housing neighborhood just North. Excellent experience. Totally reccomend this place if you need a very crucial part in quick time.

After 2 months of make and payed my order (more the time they offered me), I had to go to the store to find out the status and they simply told me that the order was canceled a week after placing the order, because the part is discontinued. I can understand that what I do not understand is why their not informed me before.Far from offering me an apology, they got upset because I was disappointed, their attention was rude and rustic.Reliable?? (nothing at all)

We were so impressed by the service we received from Denton at this location. We walked in and he was friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. We were trying to replace a part for our Frigidaire oven/stove and he was able to help us to find the correct part and he placed an order for it. We thought we had purchased the correct part and it was no problem to exchange it as it was all packaged and had not been touched. We were happy with his honesty and we would definitely recommend them and we will return again in the future if we every need more parts for our appliances. Thank you Denton!

So far my review is poor. I created an online order through PayPal and then called the location as my address showed up in my order confirmation and I wanted to pick it up. However, they could not see my order yet and said no problem there are lots in stock and I could come pick it up.I arrived at the location to pick up and it was not there and was told that it shipped out at 3pm this is around the time of my order. Again,which I wanted the item for pickup. The solution I was given, was to buy another item and return the one that is being delivered. This is not a solution as we required the part right away hence why I wanted to pick up and then I would have to drive back to return.Now we have to wait for an undetermined amount of time for this to be delivered. Also, Canada post will not leave at door and we will have to pick up at the post office once it arrives. This is poor customer service by offering to buy another part when they delivered after being told was wanting to pick up. Very disappointed.

I call reliable 's this morning my debit visa wouldn't go through so i went to the store where the sales rep gave excellent service and found the parts . Weather the agent on the xall earlier said i would have to wait for the order.

Reliable Indeed! Sunday afternoon great sadness, broke the glass tray in my microwave. Monday morning spent ages on google , Amazon and Panasonic site looking for a replacement. Not so easy. Called the 1-800 number for Reliable. Mark answered the call, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Found the correct part number and could tell me the part was in Calgary. I am in Sherwood Park. No problem they could ship. Tuesday morning 10 am the perfect part arrives at my door. All is well.Worth your time to deal with these folks!

Excellent service and great prices! They have a lot of stock which helps me be time efficient. I’ve been dealing with Denton most of the time and he is always helpful and positive, as well as the rest of the staff. Will happily continue to shop here and recommend to anyone in need of appliance parts.

I give them 5 stars because they always always have the part you need even if it's discontinued without reliabl parts I'd be dirty real dirty thank you for being even closer in crowfoot yay
