Bad service. I needed to find a pair of shoes for my brother and the one i went didn't have the size so they suggested to write down the style and give a brief description and call other stores. While the one at Sheppard and Yonge did provide this service for me, I tried calling to this store and the gentleman answering the phone on Oct 15 at 11:11 am told me that they don't perform that service there, that I should come to the store. This disappoints me because I am calling because I am urgently looking for these boots and I don't have time to go around all Winners in Toronto to try and find them. Thank you for not providing a good customer service
