Awful customer service and refuse to price match.Kids seats are a good 15-20% more than Walmart , cdn tire etc.Strongly suggest avoiding if you are looking to pay fair market prices

Tried to shop here .got to cash waited so long when it was my turn the girl pulled out her cell phone asked me to wait stood there foe 4 mins then I took the aew toys left them on counter and left.the most unpleasant experience. Never going back waste of time and no money for you. We both lost out cause no management watching there staff. Add call the number to customer service 6 times Sunday nobody picks up when you dial 5 for management it hangs up what a joke store world's worst store

Incredible staff and super clean store! We were invited to appear in costume for a special holiday event that Starlight Children's Foundation was hosting there, and it was the highlight of our year! The event was a huge success due to the unwavering commitment of the staff and volunteers from Toys R Us and Starlight - we were honoured to be able to be a small part of such a magical day!

Excellent location with a huge variety of items and very friendly and helpful staff. They have good prices that compete with most channels online and offline. They follow safety and health precautionary measures here. Overall a pleasant shopping experience with plenty of parking spots. This summer they had an outdoor toys section with a lot of variety.

I personally dislike it here but my children LOVE it. I don’t want to come back but unfortunately I’m sure we will all be back. It’s always an unpleasant experience here because you feel bad saying no! But you also don’t want to spoil your children. Take something for migraines before coming to this zoo.

Lots of these have shut down , but this one remains open. I remember coming here in my childhood. It brings joy to my eyes to be able to bring my kids here too.They don't just have toys. They also have plenty of board games now too. The lego section also looked unreal.

We went to this location on a Saturday morning to purchase a Birthday gift. There were two cashiers working. The line was 10+ people. There were three employees at the return counter just standing around talking. Not a single one thought about coming over and jumping on the cash register to help move the line. It took a customer in the line asking one of the cashiers if any of them could come over and help.

I love going to this Toysrus only because of two employees, Tex & Nate . They ALWAYS super friendly, helpful and try to find what I’m looking for. The rest of the workers don’t even try to help you. Always hitting you with the classic “we don’t have any more” line, yet to come back later that day and it got some new stock. I’m also always polite and respectful to the employees there but there is this one blonde lady that just never want to help. I don’t know her name but she always uses the classic line I mentioned earlier.
