Not a honest company at all! NO star should be given.We just asked to get two new remote controls, since our garage door worked properly but just remote controls were old and not sensitive. But after their profession's work, the whole garage door system was dead. The company refused to take any responsibility. The technician said I didn't touch it

In terms of doing the job , the owner sent me two men and they were really perfect they finished the job in two homes almost in one hourHowever on the phone he told me a price , but after the job is done «  though I explained him everything thing before «  he added 50 $ more and when I tried to know why the anwer is this what it is you have to pay !So if it’s really emergency use them like what happened with me , but if you can do the arrangements in advance for sure use other company that can respect their word and have better quality of customer services

Be Aware Of This Company !I Am a Contactor Company that have jobs of garage doors ,i call the company to try understand if they need jobs ,the owner there is rude , scream , and not prof at all !if i was a customer i was run away and never use this company

This guy is a fraud.He took 25% advanced and never delivered the door. Also the receipt was fake so I couldn't file a case.I recommend you avoid this fraudster at all cost !

It should actually be no starsPlease do yourself a favour and do not choose these guys.1st off we were happy because it was $2000 less then other places. But he didn't install it properly, because of this, the door cracked at the top, when we called him because of this, he did come but instead of replacing the door he capped the top. with a metal part that doesn't even look nice and added a bracket that sticks out.We decided to get someone else to install a new garage door opener, this professional told us that it wasn't installed properly and then we had to get a person to install quick wheels so that the top of the door doesn't touch the top and that costed us another $230. That guy came to install the quick wheels and also told us that the door was not installed properly and that he had to even adjust a few other things. he told us that we might get 7 to 8 years before we'll have to buy another door.And to top it all off the guy who owns it, is named Claude, he was very rude and (SHHHH) me a few time while I was trying to explain things. He was very late for all of the appointmentsall in all you think you're saving money but in the end it will cost you more because the other 2 guys said we will have to change the garage door in 7, 8 years.The only good thing is that you save about $1000 right now but will have to replace the door sooner than if you went with someone else

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!Scheduled an appointment and confirm everything by phone at first, later in the afternoon, the owner forced me to do a second confirmation by text at bad attitude, which makes no sense??On the appointment day, he canceled the installation by himself???!!!The owner definately don't care about his customer at all. If you want your work done, don't go with this company!!!

My sensor broke 10 months after installation and the worker came and replaced it for free.The 1 year guarantee is real.Thank you premier garage doors
