Shop quite a bit at this Foodland....today got the premade Dogwood sandwiches from the Deli Department and they are amazing!!! The quality and quantity of meat, cheeses and condiments are by far the best we have ever had from a grocery store.

I'm visiting the area for the week so I've been to this store a few times since I arrived. I've used American cash at every transaction (denomination of $100). Today I give the cashier a $50 bill for a $30 order and she states, I cant take that. Foodland policy is to only take $20 or less." I explain that I've been here with $100s before and she states

I got yelled at by a cashier because she thought I was switching self check out machine, then when I got home I noticed that the bag of potatoes I got had one rotten in the bag causing the whole bag to smell. As well as the lunch meet I had purchased also had a small spot of rott that was on each slice of meat. I am not impressed with my last experience.

Nice, well organized store & the staff are pleasant & helpful. Checkout is usually quick, no long lines except maybe on a busy holiday weekend.UPDATE: Store has been renovated & completely reorganized-more appropriately Disorganized! The layout of the isles doesn't make sense, it all seems very random & it makes trying to find items very confusing & frustrating. Many people I know feel the same way, perhaps they will make some changes. I don't even go in the store anymore, I shop soley at the other grocery store in town. Also, all checkouts exvept 1 are self serve now
