Terrible customer service from reception. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate.

If there was a chance to put no stars I would, however I asked for him dr bartel" to help to wean off my medication instead of cold turkey which he then replied with a laugh over the phone to cut me off and to get it off the street and even mocked me when I do the noise I do when I'm over excited and anxious I had no idea I had such a childish dr at first he was professional when I was younger but over the years it's like he doesn't wanna help his patients anymore I wasn't begging for anything I was asking for different alternatives another solution and I wasn't being rude or anything but I'm glad I got a follow up with dr dueck he was way more nice and professional then dr Bartel just wanna know if anyone else had this issue because it's not right for a dr to act in such a way. Thanks and there's my feedback."

He ia a very personable and compassionate doctor that would take his time with each patient to be sure their questions were answered. I've never had a doctor, without judgements to anyone, for anything. Thats an amazing person, and as a doctor, you certainly cant ask for more!He really does love helping people and it shows!Thank you Dr Bartel
