I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience. I had redeemed an offer on the McDonald's app for a free medium fries, which was a nice added bonus to my meal. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient.The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. I especially enjoyed the crispy fries and the juicy burger. The portion sizes were just right, and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining experience.What impressed me the most about McDonald's was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even though I had redeemed an offer, the staff still made sure that my order was correct and that I was happy with my meal. They were also very accommodating when I asked for extra condiments or made modifications to my order.Overall, I had a very positive experience at McDonald's and would definitely recommend it to others. Whether you're in the mood for a quick meal on the go or a sit-down dining experience, McDonald's offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. I have been coming to this McDonald's for 25 years, since well before the Sears Outlet disappeared. I have NEVER seen it in as deplorable condition as today. The restaurant is filthy, there is no Tp in the stalls. The young employees have no respect for heir supervisor. This used to be a family friendly, clean place. What happened? There are teenagers to king in the bathroom.

I think this is one of the worst i've been to, service was iffy, I got my fries half empty, and my burger totally wrong. I worked at Mcdonald's for 4 years (kitchen, counter, and drive-thru, crew trainer) so its not like i don’t know bad service when i see it. I saw them barely salt the fries, then serving them without shaking them to spread the little salt that was there, i noticed mask grabbing, and employees acted as if customers weren't there-- but the only part that really upset me was the disregard for my order, i something as obvious as no onions" in place of "extra" and getting a medium fry disguised as a large that i paid extra for. This was bad service and I am genuinely displeased."

Very busy. Seems that the employees have to be in lots of places at the same time! The Cashier also serves, which then causes a backup. Maybe not enough staff. Despite that, the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional.The restaurant is clean and the food is well made.

I ordered quarter pounder combo with medium fries and a coke, and a fudge sundae. I ordered it through uber, its my first time ordering through their uber because I normally do the drivethru. Right now I’m very disappointed with my oder. My fries was only half the size of its container. What’s the point of ordering the medium if you’re only giving me small fries? Plus its very dry and cold. How come? Do you like to eat cold fries? Also my burger is very cold. Why is it like that? My sundae also was half the size of the cup? Really? Thats so unfair for me because I love going to that location, its near my area but because of this incident, i think i need to look for a new location. Please make sure to satisfy your customers’ needs.

The design of the McDonald's is disappointing. When I used to work at the grocery store at Oxford and Wonderland they renovated it to a retro look. It looked amazing. Now it's just a cookie cutter stamp of every other McDonald's.My breakfast was served to me frozen. They forgot to heat the breakfast burritos upObviously this was rectified. Had I not been eating in though I would have had to turn around or would have eaten a cold burrito or uncooked burrito I should say. They did offer to heat it up, however they just heated up the stuff they served me instead of preparing me something new. Very disappointed.

Staff consistently deliver customer centered service more so than any other McDonalds in London. Stark comparison to 61 Oxford where staff are cluess & rude. This one even has hot coffee!!!

I went here tonight (Sunday, October 30th) and was tired after a pond shift. A super helpful women named Dani helped me with everything I needed and made the whole interaction that much more better! AMAZING WORKER SHE IS GREAT!Also I think this was the first McDonald’s in London, and I love the way the building looks.

Long wait for few customer standing to wait while they focus too much on drive through making me wait 20 minutes for my food. I hate to stand too long with my hip and leg injury. I can't use drive through because I am Deaf and use the computerized menu order inside to get my food automatically. Should be two teams with one side for drive thru and other for walk in. customers. I watched them work and they seems focused more on drive thru and ignored us making us wait longer. No excuses. I have been to other mc donalds with no drive thrus and it took 2 to 5 minutes to get food. Once order is received give them a cup right away to fill pop ourselves then do the fries while waiting for burger to be prepared then done with fries hamburger would be ready by then. I watched them staring at screen and chatting amongst themselves then hamburger then fries then pop cup which took longer. They should learn about time management better. I see that often with other so called fast food" restaurants. Smh."
