Have been coming here a while now and it’s been good, the two girls that use to work there would always be so nice and friendly and I was always satisfied with their service and the food they gave me. However on a few occasions whatever new employees they hired really need more training with customer service. I was told one time by one of the employees, that they just flat out could not substitute quinoa in my bowl ..even if it was for dietary reasons “because they just can’t” which turned me off.. and as of recently I asked for sauce on the side as I was ordering (with the same guy), noticed that they had placed the sauce all over the food to which I nicely reminded them that I asked for it on the side. The guy there stared at me and said “so you don’t want it on top?” and I replied with “no I asked for it on the side”, to which he replied “no you didn’t” and proceeded to lazily make my new bowl after rolling his eyes at me due to his mistake.. and on top of that he gave me the wrong sauce. He half and messily filled my bowl, with far less than a scoop he claimed to have put in of beans (which were very runny), with little kale and rice. There needs to be far more training done because I have never received good service from this guy, and am very disappointed with the service and food that I received.

This is my go to place for my healthy meal. The food is always fresh and the level of customer service is commendable. If you like freshly prepared food with good portions this is the spot to go.

I normally never leave negative reviews however had to make an exception here due to some very spotty service over my last few visitsAs someone with an anaphylactic food allergy, I am always super clear and consistent when it comes to placing orders. Unfortunately, the fellow behind the counter seems more concerned with getting back to his phonecall/facetime rather than fulfilling my order. Because of this, I was handed a bowl today with Peanut Sauce rather than my specifically ordered Teriyaki sauce. This could have been fatal.At all other Freshii locations, I have never experienced this kind of issue. Really disappointing.PS. In the re-done bowl, the portion sizes were extremely skimpy and done very hastily as the guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that he had to redo it as he had returned to his phonecall and was being interrupted" again."

My girlfriend and I frequent Freshii when ever we are looking for a fresh and healthy meal. We love their bowls and burritos, however, our meal from this location in particular was a bit of a let down. The burrito lacked flavour... maybe the ingredients weren't in the right proportions, and the bowls had very minimal sauce. We always enjoy our meals but this time it wasn't 100% at its best. The small side orders of sauce containers could be bigger... the amount that we received wasn't near enough to cover our bowls. Much of the ingredients in it were dry.

I’ve never left a review before but this place can’t even cook the noodles all the way through, guy was on the phone while making it, produce wasnt fresh or prepared correctly, just tasted off. I’m shocked that for how new this location is that would go down so quick, I’m surprised Freshii even allows this to be an operation when they can’t even cook noodles

Ordered tex mex bowl , hoping it would be good but was OK , serving was not filling and still felt hungry . 1-2 timer place . But ambience and surroundings were good

It was a bit if a slow start, but the staff transferred from the Appleby Freshii are now up and running and are just as friendly and efficient as always. And being in the downtown Burlington strip adds that extra healthy fast food restaurant that so many of us enjoy. I hope the Mexican themed items stay around.

Been too many Freshi locations, this one is by far the best yet. Staff was new (it's a new location) and a little slow, but portions and quality were all great. Will return to this location.

Ordered on Skip. Completely disregarded the notes I added which included a peanut allergy. I asked for things to be omitted from soup and items on side and none of which was followed. Called back they told me to come get the soup myself (it’s their error) and then when I said no you can deliver as I requested, they said they would call back.I called 10 min later and they said 10 more min. For my meal I wanted to eat 20 min ago.Horrible service,would not order or go to this location again.

Hey yo! It was my first time ever visiting a Freshii. I had a TexMex burrito which was like $7.99 but had no meat in it but it was pretty good. Chicken was a $2.29 add on and steak was $3.49. My wife has been many times to get the Bamboo Bowl, plus chicken and she says is great! Kinda pricey to be going weekly! Ps: The 2 ladies working were awesome too!
