Very poor customer service. I had to put my first claim in for property damage after 15 years of weekly cleanings and it’s been immediately denied. I had to get the head office involved and they are the ones who guaranteed me the damage is going to be covered. Tina, the office manager, still hasn’t acknowledged it. I wasted so much time on this that it’s not even worth the time I’m saving from the cleaning. I ended up canceling the service because I simply can’t trust Tina to follow up if there is an issue and this was a small damage. Just keep it mind if you sign up for service with them.

I have used Molly Maid-North York for a good few years. I am a working professional and very critical. The senior experienced ladies that come to my home are excellent. I am above and beyond pleased with them. They arrive early, prepared with products and do an extremely excellent, detailed cleaning and are very efficient with their time.I recommend this team highly. 5 stars to these lovely ladies

I have used Molly Maid for many years. My current team has been cleaning my house for quite a while. They do a good job. They are very efficient and leave my house quite clean. I am very satisfied.

I normally do my own cleaning but when health issues stopped me then Molly Maid to the rescue.The gals that came to my place were friendly, thorough and when I asked for something special they were most cooperative.I will be using them in the future and will appreciate seeing the same gals.

We had Patricia, Shauna and Lena clean our apartment as we were going on vacation and wanted a clean space to come back to.Patricia answered all of our questions and walked us through what was provided and also what we would like to have done.They were speedy and so very kind the whole time while they were here.They did everything we asked for. 100% would have them come in our space again. Worth the money every time.

The cleaners have been fantastic. They’re always punctual, work non-stop, and are done quickly. The house is spotless when they’re done. We have been using Molly maid for years, and will continue to do so.

We hired Molly Maid to clean our condo after a tenant left the unit very dirty. Although the scheduling was flexible and easy, the quality of the work was extremely poor and communication was not clear. Firstly, the company sent 3 employees to clean the unit, when the initial quote was for 2 people which was agreed upon. This increased the price of the clean which we were not aware of until after the cleaning was finished. Besides this and most importantly, the employees did an excellent job at making the unit look clean, without actually cleaning and disinfecting any surfaces adequately. We should have been tipped off to this once they finished in less than 2 hours for an extremely dirty job. For example, after the clean, we wiped the floors of the bathroom and main areas and the mop came up black. We were told the washer/dryer would be cleaned and there was still dog hair and dirt in the appliance. We asked for the dishwasher to be cleaned and there was tons of leftover food stuffs clogging the filter. Also, there was visible dust and dirt still left on surfaces like our walk in closet and wall unit. This seems so straightforward. When we brought forth these issues, with photo evidence, we had to argue for a $50 discount. In my opinion, the whole clean should have been made free and offered to be redone. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience as we still had to clean the whole unit ourselves. Would caution anyone against using this company and have let all our friends and family know! Save your money or find a better company.
