Vaughan Hearing and Balance Centre

The office at the Vaughan Hearing and balance centre is run extremely efficiently. I've been 4 times now and have not had to wait. Also very knowledgeable and pleasant staff.

The service was great. The staff took their time and completed everything with great care.i would recommend this clinic very highly, i took my sister and my aunt there and they were very very happy and fully satisfied they did not have good experiences before other clinics !

The staff at the Vaughan Hearing & Balance Centre are very nice, caring, patient and helpful and will make you feel comfortable during all of your visits. Special thanks to Dr. Sukaina Jaffer who was extremely helpful during our visits and through the process of selecting and setting hearing aids.

I went to this centre to have tests and treatments. Audiologist Sukaina explained to me my sickness with her professional knowledge and patience, letting me know more about my conditions and relieve my worries. She is the best.

I have no words to thank Audiologist Sukaina Jaffer of Vaughan Hearing and Balance Center in Maple on Maj Mac. Her patience, clarity of explanation and servicing my repeated questions was un-paralleled. She actually recognizes the feelings of the patient with hearing loss and caters so meticulously to a patient, that it does not only drive the fear out of patient, she actually leaves the patient walk out of her office with confidence. I have seen several Audiologist and I found none to beat Sukaina Jaffer – I ask myself where have you been all my life Sukaina Jaffer? I repeat I have no words to thank you. I have been going to Vaughan balance clinic. Was referred by Dr Morongue who is such a great doctor and has helped me so much . She sent me to this specific clinic and have been seen by Sukaina the audiologist , of many years now and has been treating me for my vertigo. She is very patient and thorough! I would just call the office in the past when Katia was there and she would kindly get me in to see her and get the manoeuvres done. , Mandeep who is now the newest receptionist , has been very kind to always accommodate me when I need treatment done for the vertigo and my hearing. I too have been taking my mom who suffers with vertigo and my mom feels so comfortable and has benefited with Sukaina treatment with the manoeuvres ! I will be bringing my dad to her his hearing checked and need of new hearing aids The staff are truly pleasant and very warm hearted. Thanks for always helping me and my parents. I will definitely refer others there

We had such a great experience at the Vaughan Hearing and Balance Centre. This location was nowhere near home, but it was definitely worth the trip; they made my 5 year old daughter comfortable, and both ladies on staff were wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend them not only for kids, but for adults as well. Special thanks to Miriam who handled the booking of our appointment and greeted us so warmly when we arrived. Miriam was incredibly helpful with arranging a prompt visit for me. I had spent a week looking for a reliable and professional clinic to diagnose and treat me for my symptoms. Miriam quickly followed through and secured me a prompt visit with the in house ENT.I was provided with thorough information and education regarding the many complex structures and their importance in my hearing and balance. This allowed me to better understand how everything works and fully grasp what was functioning normally and what was not.If you are looking for courteous staff, information and education along side good care then I would highly recommend this clinic.Thank you so much Miriam for your help!Alex

The front desk does not return phone calls or answer the phones. Difficult to get hold of anyone. Referral sent 2 weeks ago and no one bothered to call to set up an appointment. Uncaring and a very unprofessional organization.
