Adam is so patient and easy to talk to. Explain every feature of the Titan DT300 toilet and go through every step of the installation with us. It is so easy to install and use. Everything works perfectly and we love it.

I never thought I would be one of those people that would pay big bucks for a toilet but this smart TitanDT300 is worth every penny. I love the fact that it cleans itself and has multiple modes for water temperature, pressure, and even the air flow...I can't imagine living without this now!

The worst company to work with. I bought a toilet, as we installed it, we noticed a defect. I have been emailing and calling for the last month and still zero response and know one helping me. I would not suggest this place considering my problem has still not been resolved.

These guys are amazing! I bought a Titan Smart Toilet through Costco a while ago. Never a worry buying from Costco, but it was the follow up service from Ecoway that really helped. I had an issue with the toilet seat and I called Ecoway directly. They went way out of their way to help and everything was resolved quickly and professionally. You will appreciate their prompt and knowledgeable service!

Do not be deceived by the reviews that have been left. From day one the flush function of the toilet / bidet that I purchased has worked sparatically. If you enjoy flushing up to 15 times to remove a single piece of toilet paper then this product is for you...Customer support is at a whole other level of bad. To get ahold of anyone you must barrage them with phone calls one after another as they continually hang up until you annoy then enough to answer. Upon answering they asked for a video to be sent of the issue, in which I have waited 3 weeks for a reply...Good luck if you decide to purchase from this supplier

Excellent bidet that is simple to install. The remote control and air-dry heat are incredible, and the water pressure is very easy to control. Self-cleaning is exceptionally effective.Best of all, the manufacturer's customer service is outstanding. For unknown reasons, the lid on our seat had an issue within the first few months, and the seller promptly shipped us a replacement lid at no cost. Five stars all around.

We bought the TitanDT300 for both our parents, they love the different water temperature, and how it can self clean. The staff there are so patient in answer all our questions, excellent customer service and great product with good prices. We definitely recommend this product to everyone!!
