Central Dental Family Dentistry

I have gone to this dental location for over 15 years. Original dentist I was treated well. Was very assuring, gained my trust. He then quit one Dec. No staff informed me or anyone. Met with new dentist. Ok, I will try (for 2 years). Then go in today (july 6/23), dentist is gone, my info is mostly gone and all new staff. No one informed me (it was in my notes to inform me of any changes due to past experiences). Not happy at all.

Got 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out in this location and it hasn't even been a week and I am healing well. I'm from Grande Prairie and I'm happy that I went to Central Dental. Dr. Abrol is very knowledgeable and the staff are very accommodating and nice! I feel welcome whenever I visit.

The appointment was scheduled for a cleaning. My appointment went very well. The hygienist was very gentle and professional. The staff members were amazing with their service. Overall I had an amazing experience. I would recommend this place.

I recently visited Central Dental Family Dentistry and got a cleaning by Prajyot, and had my check up with Dr. Abrol and his assistant Haley. They were all so friendly and professional, and excellent at what they do. It was a great experience, 100% recommend!

The front office, Marwa specifically, was very welcoming, informative about the procedure, and thorough with her explanations. She was also flexible to meet my time needs. It was nice to have a patient dentist who took the time to guide me through the procedure and to thoroughly address my concerns.

My first time at this clinic and very impressed with the experience. Staff was Very friendly and make you feel like family. Dr Sumit and his assistant Hailey make sure you feel comfortable before they start and are gentle as they are very knowledgeable. Would highly recommended to visit this clinic and I will definitely go back again.

I have been coming to Central Dental for over a year now. Their prices are either at the Alberta dental fee guide or below for all services that I’ve had. I come 4x a year for cleaning and have had great service from the dentist and hygienist each time I’ve come. Reception staff are friendly and there is a huge variety of clientele as well. I have seen the dentist be very patient in explaining complicated procedures and pricing to people of different backgrounds and languages. Excellent place. Only issue you may have is they do rebook appointments occasionally to accommodate emergencies but I find this reasonable and they always squeeze me in on another date.

I’ve had the best dental experiences of my life at this office. I’ve been coming for the past three years, I’ve seen 2-4 different dentist’s and hygienist’s and they have all been fantastic. I’m always in and out in a timely manor and treated with the upmost respect :) Will always come back while I’m Edmonton!

Wouldn’t recommend. Scheduled an appointment via phone and then confirmed it by text. Showed up before the scheduled time and was told that I was scheduled for Tuesday, five days from my confirmed slot.Edit: initially gave them a one star but bumped them up to a two. The dentist reached out to me after I had left their clinic and a review. He offered to fit me in to honour their system’s error. But I have already booked an appointment with another clinic that squeezed me in.

Great staff! Super friendly and so willing to help make make patients feel comfortable. Never been so happy with a dentist and his team!
