The condo via AirBnB was exactly as described with an awesome location for Blackcomb snowboarding! The fireplace was awesome after a day outside and the unit very comfortable. The tranquility being so close to a main road and the Upper Village was amazing! Excellent communication from the hosts, too! We'll be back!

Stayed at the Ultimate Ski-in&Out lodge in Whistler and had a great time! My friends and I have been going each year for the last 3 years and this place never disappoints. Easy to book, check-in and get around. We'll be back for sure!

I stayed with my family at the Whistler 4510 Blackcomb Way lodging in the Gables. The place was great and the unit was exactly as described in the listing. Leo was extremely responsive to any questions that we had even later in the evening. This was a great location with easy access to all of the gondolas within a short walking distance. The place was very clean and parking was likewise readily accessible and available for two cars. I plan to try to stay here again next time we are in Whistler.

Absolutely disappointed with the service! Booked an appointment ahead of time. Came half an hour earlier. No one show up. Called an agent and no response. Waited for an hour with wife and three year old daughter on the rain. In the end they massage me that I was late. Stay away of this company. Don’t waste your time.

We just had a great trip to Whistler, staying at 4705 Glacier, unit #1. Excellent service and communication from Leo before and during our trip, I would highly recommend them again. Property was 100% ski in / ski out for easy access to Whistler and Blackcomb skiing. Very clean, fully stocked, and 100% as advertised. Also just a 5 minute walk down the hill into the village for dining and shopping. We'll be back!

Agent didn’t show up made us wait an hour wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like to waste time. don’t need them to respond with an excuse thank you. Book showing at your own discretion.

Disgusting service. We showed up to see the unit on time and their agent is not answering the calls. After 30 minutes wait they are texting us to reschedule the appointment because of some reason. Very unprofessional agents with no sense how to talk with customers.

UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRESPONSIVE. I reported a leak in my bathroom ceiling almost 5 months ago and they still have not had it repaired. In fact since the first inspection (Almost 4 months ago) there is a large hole left in the ceiling over top of the toilet and the sink that leaks. They still consistently do not respond to my emails and take little to no action.Customer service reached out to me saying they would help and nothing everwas resolved. If I were an owner of this unit I would be extremely concerned about how negligent they are being with reported water leaks or damage and how they are treating the tenants. As atenant, this is my first time having to deal with an off site management company and I’m shocked at the way they are handling this.

A very well-managed building, very clean, and organized, and residents are well informed of maintenance schedules well in advance. I haven't used the pool or the BBQ facilities...But I fail to understand why it's closed during publicholidays... a time of high demand!

I stayed with them in Whistler in a beautiful home. The place was spotless and gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed lying in the hottub watching the snow fall. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
