Sam was very helpful in the expedited shipping of my package. Service was prompt and friendly; my package arrived in time for the family celebration that I was unable to attend. I would highly recommend this UPS store.

Probably the best UPS Store I have ever visited. I needed a very special painting packed and shipped to Toronto and couldn't have asked for better service. It was relatively large and fragile and had a lot of sentimental value, so I was apprehensive putting it into someone else's hands. But nothing was a problem, and Sam alleviated any apprehensions I had. Sam ensured it was carefully wrapped to safely make it to my destination at a very reasonable price. And even helped me find the most reasonable couriering. I don't write a lot of reviews but needed to write this so people know what a great location this is. If you ever have anything special that you need to pack and ship, this is the place to go to in Victoria.

Super-friendly, very helpful staff. I'd put the wrong label on my packaged, the person there helped me figure out the problem then put the correct labels on and sealed up my parcel (no charge). The place is immaculate. Based on my experience I happily give this business 5 stars.

Had an important package to get to The Philippines. Staff here were superb, organised everything for me, sent package friday around 3pm, arrived Philippines monday 1:45pm delivered over the Canada day holiday weekend in under 3 days. Try that with Canada post..... yeah right!!!! Thanks to everyone at Oak Bay UPS store, you'r the best.

INCOMPENTENT AND IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEESPackage was delivered to store on June 2, 5pm as per UPS CanadaWent there at 6:15 on the same day and the guy working said it isn’t there and I should come back laterPackage was sent back to sender to Quebec without notifying me or advising of the 7 day deadline.Edit: replying to this store’s responseI brought the UPS slip both times with me when I came to collect the package.First time (the guy) and yesterday the (lady) both took that and input the information in the computer after which they told me where the package was.I use the UPS app which has the tracking number in it, which is why I came to the store the very day it notified me that the package is ready to be collected.Rather than assuming whether or not a customer has the common sense to track a package with the TRACKING number I’d suggest you train your employees so they don’t give answers like, “we don’t know what’s happening, we’re just a store not UPS”

A lovely family, I’ve been using them to ship my work for the last year and unlike other shipping companies I’ve had 0 issues. They are very patient and have excellent customer service. They do an excellent job packaging as well :)

They didn't check the print run and there were pages stuck together so the two sided printingdidn't work, also missed a third of the order. When I emailed to let them know, they wanted me to bring the full order back rather than just reprint the problem pages and fulfill the outstanding order. Then after numerous emails when I finally said please just print it or don't, they printed it. When I went down to pick up they mistakenly tried to bill again for the unprinted pages... nice people but terrible service and lousy quality control.

I recently went to this UPS Store for help packaging and mailing some delicate and odd shaped wooden bird carvings home to the US. These carvings were made by my father who has passed on and therefore have a lot of sentimental value to me. I was very nervous to trust someone else to package and ship them for me, but this seemed like a much better alternative than to fly home with them. The folks at the UPS Store we so incredibly helpful when it came to explaining and quoting the shipping and packing, as well as helping me complete the necessary paperwork for international shipping. I received the package at home and the carvings were expertly packed to ensure the smoothest ride possible. I'm happy and relieved to say that the carvings both arrived completely intact and no damage at all! I wouldn't hesitate at all to use their packaging and mailing services again in the future!

Wish I could rate it zero. Went in to get a quote and ask questions regarding some online store shipping and was pressured to pay and send immediately. While I contacted my client to ensure they would be okay with the price, I was rushed to hurry up and ship. They insisted on helping" by packing my stuff into boxes and filling labels out. I felt so flustered and just allowed it to happen while still waiting on confirmation of the sale.All my orders got sent to the wrong people and when I contacted them to resolve this

We shipped a whole bunch of things from sporting equipment like skis/poles/skates/helmets, kitchen items and clothing. Amazing service, super friendly and did a good job getting me reasonable pricing! Would 100 percent use them again. A nice family run business!
