Comfort Keepers has been of great help to my elderly mom. I cannot thank Cherian & Dimple enough for the support, flexibility, and understanding to mom's needs since the beginning of the pandemic. They were extremely prompt when requested to adjust the timing and very accommodating.I thank you for the excellent service & support extended.

1. Lied about why a care aid did not show up. She had a schedule with another client, support staff said she was sick.2. Most days the care aids would show up 15-20 minutes late for work.3. Zero communication on the schedule for when the care aids would or would not be showing up.4. Mira (Office Manager?) has no idea if care aids are even showing up or not. I had a three week period where no one show up and Mira called me asking how the service was going....5. They must have staffing issues because when a care aid cancelled her 3 hour Friday shift they couldn't get a person to replace her for multiple weeks (I ended up just changing the schedule to one day a week)6. Comfort keepers would claim that the care aid couldn't get access into the building when no one called the number on file, nor did they call the number to access the building.Overall, unprofessional, lying isnt cool, lack of accountability form office staff.As a disclaimer, this must be an isolated incident because this business would not be able to function if everyone was as incompetent and confused as the people I have interacted with.

Best in class. Cherian and his team are compassionate and genuinely caring. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a senior care service.

I had the pleasure of having Comfort Keepers come into my home while I was recovering from a horrific motorcycle accident. Lana came into my home and made sure that everything was done exactly to our specifications and made sure that I was on top of my medications and health care. She was BEYOND AWESOME! She was absolutely awesome with my family and my dog. She was caring and an amazing person to have as support! Fantastic Work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Comfort Keepers North and West Vancouver supports families by providing much needed services for seniors that allow them to age in place at home. Providing interactive care services that supports their physical, emotional, and medical needs with customized care service plans. They truly do elevate the human spirit with their work. I have done a bit a research in this area and I know that when the time comes, I will have the support I need to help care for the elders in my life. I would recommend the professionals at Comfort Keepers North and West Vancouver every day!

Cherian is a wonderful person with a very committed team to provide best services.

We were looking for a helper for my mother, we interviewed three companies and we had the most positive feeling about Cherian and the Comfort Keepers organization. Cherian allocated April as our care aid, April is so positive and provides excellent support for for my mother three days per week. Can't say enough things about both Cherian and April. If you are looking for a care aid - feel comfortable to call them.
