one of blonde counter staff was really kind, respectful! she was willing to help me even though it was busy time and when i was panic to explain…she tried to listen to me .but another counter staff with heavy eye make up(green or blue eyeshadow) was mean and made my day so bad,she misunderstood what i am saying,and seems like she doesn’t wanna figure out it. so i had to ask to another staff beside her.lol I really wonder sephora company cares about the customer service .i know it’s pretty busy in dt…but some staffs are just standing and looking at phones sometimes.Can’t be more nicer to customers?

I was able to find what I was looking for. The staff were helpful. Line for payment can be a bit long

Went in with my son so he could buy gifts for his girlfriend. He has a screenshot list on his phone and the sales associate was super helpful finding the different items just by descriptions. I personally don't shop there since I think it's all overpriced but it was a fine experience.

I never leave reviews but felt I had to share my recent experience at the Sephora Eaton Centre location. The manager (wearing a Hijab) spoke to me with the most condescending tone and made me feel so uncomfortable when I was trying to make an exchange for the same concealer but just a different colour. It was passed the exchange policy time period but it was the completely wrong shade that I was given by an employee. I was left in disbelief at how she spoke to me. I was reading recent reviews here and it looks like she’s treated other customers with the same treatment. I’m shocked and appalled that it seems nothing has been done about it and all I see is the same reply to every complaint made here.

I went out in search of a quietly operating keyboard and told the staff that I did not need help, but they persistently and sharply approached me repeatedly. At the end of the last test, I asked for a laptop inventory check, but was kept waiting for several minutes and explained the security features of the display in the store and why.Lots of very attentive staff watching you and communicating with you wirelessly.

I just coning back from Sephora Eaton Centre and had a fantastic shopping experience thanks to Farah.I was looking for a hair oil and was feeling overwhelmed by the options but Farah was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the perfect product. She took the time to understand my hair type and provided me with the right option.So happy with my purchase ❤️

I really hope I could give no stars at all. I went to Sephora to get an exchange for a perfume that I purchased because there was something wrong with the lid. However, the lady I went to with black glasses and looked like she was in her mid 50s was EXTREMELY rude to me. I've never experienced something like this in my life. She treated me as if I was wanting to exchange the product not for a valid reason but because I want a new product. I never felt so disrespected like this before and I could tell that that was exactly what she thought about me because she was really rude and I could see it in the way she looks at me. I cannot even explain how I felt when she treated me and my mom like that. My whole mood and day has been wrecked by her actions towards me. I hope she learns how to treat customers with respect because what is the point and what do you get out of being rude to customers.

I rarely give feedbacks or reviews about Sephora since all the employees there are also helpful and friendly. However, one star is definitely standing out among them. Labeeqa is her name. She not only made my day but also improved my shopping experience with Sephora to the next level. I tried to buy at store for 100ml TF perfume. As the store does not carry the size, Labeeqa helped with my order and patiently responsed to my questions about engraving and ensured that when I bring it back, the store would do it. When I received and bought it back, she not only listened and took in my feedbacks about the delivery ( what could done better since my package was left out in the rain - nothing inside got wet) but also she helped with the engraving. She was very dedicated and always checked back with me about the engraving(the font, the size, where I want it to be on the bottle), which made me feel appreciated since this gift does mean a lot to me and to the person received.
