I’m extremely happy with my orthotics but the reception I received upon arriving for my appointment prevents me from giving anything above three stars. You would think with the job market the way it is that they would be able to find polite, friendly and welcoming people to work reception but apparently not. I’ve been in twice and both times I was ignored and eventually made to feel like I was a big imposition. I’m seriously considering taking my business somewhere else next time.

Clinic was well-run, kept to appointment times, efficient, and clear on payments... direct billing would be nice though! But insurance paperwork was provided clearly. I really appreciated that the podiatrist gave an email to follow-up on any additional concerns. Definitely had the impression that they want you to be happy with the services provided.

The perfect place to buy my perfect sneakers. The lady who helped me (Kelly), was very patient, kind, helpful and professional. The sneakers I picked were Hoka and they had a rocker soul, extra wide and the most comfortable footwear I've ever had on my feet.Thank you very much Kelly and Comfort OrthoticsMartin

Simply walked in today.. staff were nice to allow me a moment before saying Hi. Love that! And yes, I've been there before, but it's been a while, and Cat looked after me right away even tho the system gave her a hickup. She allowed me to walk in the mall... not just around the store. That is super helpful! We tried on a few shoes, the nice part about being a repeat shopper is they keep your size on file, so with a different size foot ya don't have to explain it to them each time!!Thank you so much. I appreciate you guys!

I have been coming here for over 15 years and every experience is great. Emily Conroy is very thorough, professional and has always answered all of my questions. Unlike other paramedical services, my wait times here are always 5-10 minutes max. Got my most recent appointment within a week of when I booked online. No 1-2 month wait times. Highly recommend.

I brought my inquisitive 3 year for an assessment and the podiatrist we saw just let him explore the office and observed his movements for awhile (very fun for the toddler) and then gave a good foot exam .... which my child requested be done 3 times. (Now I have to give my child a foot exam, ie a foot rub, before bed every night - not prescribed - just because it was a good experience for the little!) All staff we friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Both my toddler and I recommend 5 out of 5!

When it was suggested that I needed orthotics...I cringed! What? I knew right away I would go to Comfort Orthotics. Emily was awesome in explaining WHY I needed them and what may happen if I didn't! She opened my eyes to not only the workings of the feet but how everything else is connected. I picked up my inserts today and am looking forward to walking better! Everything about Comfort Orthotics & Podiatry feels right...the staff on the desks are friendly and relaxed. When you see that, you know it is a good company to be a part of! Thank you...for getting me on my feet again!!!

Emily Conroy, Certified Pedorthist, is nice and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. My new orthotics fit me and my shoes perfectly. The front desk staff are helpful and busy (a good sign), and I was given a free pair of socks due to an error in my scheduled appointment time. I will definitely be going back to this Clinic.

I’ve had orthotics for many years for plantar fasciitis and needed a new pair so I contacted Comfort Orthotics. They were very professional and staff very friendly. The receptionist Makayla was very pleasant to deal with was the manager Colleen. The podiatrist Emily was very knowledgeable, and easy to talk too and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Things sure have changed from my first pair of orthotics- no more stepping on foam to get feet impressions. It’s all done now by scanning the feet with an iPad - how times have change. Thank you again Comfort Orthotics - I will be back!
