Recently, I had a sad and delightful experience purchasing a mattress from Silk and Snow. Although I didn't match with the mattress I purchased, I was asked to find a nearby family who would benefit from the use of my failed match.Well, as a Pastor, I found a very suitable and quick match just down the Highway from my Church. It is a foster home with the most delightful children, and parents, who were so happy I called. Now my failed purchase became a great blessing to a dedicated couple who really serve our community.None of this would have happened had it not been for Silk and Snow and the wonderful way they honor their guarantees. I recommend them for their faithfulness and concern for those in need. I wish I had matched their bed. I know you will.

We have been shopping for beds and mattresses for over two months and couldn't find what we were looking for until we visited the Silk & Snow Showroom in Toronto. The Showroom was small in size; it had only two rooms but had all that we needed: the best quality materials, beautiful colors, and great sleek design.We were very lucky to meet with Andrei from Team Silk & Snow. Andrei was very friendly, professional, and patient. He went above and beyond by assisting us online, and he managed to get all our orders (including the beautiful Wooden Bed Frame and two organic mattresses) delivered to our new address on the specific day I asked for. Thank you, S&S, you promised and delivered—highly recommended Canadian manufacturer.

Purchased the S&S Hybrid mattress. Firmer mattress than I expected from reading reviews, but very well made. Would recommend. Also, S&S provided excellent support through chat, no long wait and always helpful. Thank you, Silk & Snow!

We ordered the oatmeal headboard and upholstered frame. Just happen to look under the bed while pulling out summer clothes and noticed all 4 metal support legs were bent and one wooden corner leg had separated from its wood screws. We assembled in early Dec and it is only June. I'd also like to mention we've done very little activities on it (re: 11 month old baby) and it seems it cannot support us (360lbs combined). They look really nice but the build quality is quite poor.

Very good customer service. Impressed! Unfortunately the organic mattress we purchased is much too firm for us and will not work (that’s why I have to give a 4 and not a 5 star) The Silk and Snow team was very quick to respond to my email though and organized a pick up date and refund (after 30 days and before 100 days) for us promptly. We love our pillows, pillow cases, and mattress protector though that we also purchased from them and so will be keeping those.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to share what a wonderful company they are. My custom mattress is one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever had. It was easy to order online and delivery was precise. Great value for your money! Their customer representatives are top notch and I would buy from them again in the future.

This review is regarding the customer service refund experience. It should probably be a two star but the organic mattress appears to be much better than the hybrid so ill go easy. The refund process is anything but seamless, many many emails back and forth asking for proof of this and that on the mattress. Why do you need all this when the mattress is just being donated? its exhausting for the client.Then I had to argue with you when I said the promo duvet never arrived. Almost like you accusing me of theft? You made me provide video surveillance showing it didn't arrive with Fedex.??You should of sent the duvet with the mattress.Its not my problem your packer cant understand how to load two items in the truck. AMAZON would never do this or couldn't be bothered. Its hard to buy from anyone other than Amazon their CS cant be matched.You also need to more clearly describe the firmness level on these mattress to avoid this trash refund experience in the first place. Hopefully I get my money back without me having to follow up. We will wait 5business days.

Everything went exactly as it was supposed to from order to delivery. Customer service was great from the first contact to the last. Bedframe arrived intact exactly as scheduled. Packing materials were protective. Bed went together perfectly with 2 people. My son loves his new bed! Will order again if we need another one!

Not only is the bed frame I purchased gorgeous, noiseless and incredible quality, but the customer service experience was exceptional. The best I've ever had. With the original delivery (which arrived exactly on time), the shipment accidentally sent the wrong box for my box 3 of 3".
