CANRO Boiler Service and Repair
I started to work with George on industrial projects (at Stella Jones in New Westminster and at Richmond Plywood in Richmond) when CANRO HEAT required engineering support regarding ASME code and in design of pressure piping systems. George is truly knowledgeable and professional, his experience in heating system maintenance and repair is remarkable. I can recommend his reliable services to anybody.

I highly recommended this business to anyone. I had an issue with my IBC boiler and I called Canro and George was courteous and responsive right away. He listened to what my concerns were and we setup an appointment for him to fix my boiler. Throughout this process, he was communicative, friendly, and showed up on time for the appointment. When he was servicing the boiler, he described what he was doing and showed me things that can cause issues. In addition, he identified additional problems with the original install that should be corrected. His pricing is reasonable and he did a great job, I would highly recommend him to anyone

CANRO Boiler Service and Repair
We were referred to Canro by a trusted trade. We needed both an interim repair, and a new install. George was responsive, courteous, and professional. He came promptly to assess the problem, recommended a cost-effective solution, gave a well-reasoned estimate,, procured an excellent boiler, and installed it quickly and within budget. He obviously takes pride in his work, the new system is actually beautiful. He took time to explain what he had done and told us how to maintain it. We'll be calling George to check up on it when the time comes, and would strongly recommend Canro to anyone looking for an excellent furnace / boiler repair, maintenance, or replacement.

We have used George from Canro since 2013. He has solved many issues that other service companies were not able to. We appreciated George's attention to detail, problem solving abilities and professionalism. On his most recent visit, he worked tirelessly on a Saturday to replace our leaking hot water heater. We highly recommend George.

I recently had Canro Heating come in to service my furnace. I have to say I was really impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism. Not only was my furnace serviced but they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what work was being done and why. They also gave me some tips and pointers on how to keep it running smoothly going forward. Very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to get great honest service with exceptional expertise.

I have a BAXI Boiler, which is not very common. Canro specializes in this boiler, so I feel very confident with any repairs and maintenance done by them. This was my 2nd time getting boiler maintained and I will continue annually with Canro. I am very satisfied and I recommend the company and professional service.

I had a good experience with CANRO boiler service. We had a gas leak at our townhouse and we found George extremely diligent and determined to fix our issue at the soonest. He kept me in the loop on the needs and set my expectations and constantly updated me with the progress.Thank you for fixing our issue and being a help in a very difficult situation for us.I will definitely use CANRO for any future HVAC needs.

Summary: When it comes to servicing and repairing my boiler, the ONLY person I will call is George from Canro. George is honest, transparent, and looks out for the best interest of his customers.Details: I had 2 issues with my boiler, firstly, water was coming out of the pressure release valve and I wasn't sure if my thermostats were working correctly. For the first one, he was going to replace the overflow tank but realized it was working fine but was setup wrong so he didn't replace it, he just fixed the setup. For the second problem, he taught me how the boiler system works and showed me that there is a problem with the wiring. However, he recommended that I don't fix it until next summer because it's cold these days and the system would work fine for now. Lastly, he showed me how I could make the system last longer with a few changes. However, here as well, he recommended I do so in the summer when the boiler isn't in use. George is honest, transparent, and looks out for the best interest of his customers. He could have easily changed the tank and charged me for it but he did not. He could have easily pushed for getting the wiring fixed now or upgrading the system now, he recommended not to for now. As I said above, I will only ever call George for any work I need done on my boiler system.

Canro Boiler Service and Repair Ltd. is a great company. We deal with George a very nice professional, reliable and honest man. He replaced our furnace and prior to replacing it he was servicing our old one. We had dealt with other companies previously and they would never do the work that George did. He took his time and we can honestly say that his work was always done to a professional level. We could not be happier with his work. He is honest and trustworthy.
