Customer service was poor. Hadn't been there in 4 years and went back to buy juice from them. Staff was dismissive and didn't seem to have any knowledge of juices, flavors, etc. Just a weird experience.If you know exactly what you want, they are good. But any questions or being curious about vaping not a great fit.

Awesome experience. First time went there, but the two guys there (wish I knew their names so they can get some credit) were so helpful and so attentive to what I was looking to buy. They could've easily sold a whole starter kit but instead helped me find the tank replacement which would work with my existing mod. Saved me some money. Dint rush me at all, answered each and every one of my questions, gave me suggestions, basically helped each way they possibly could. Nowadays this hardly comes by because usually they're trying to upsell but not these guys. Needless to say, I've become a permanent customer as long as they exist. So impressed.

The store was completely empty when I was there. Therefore, I received instant service. They had a pretty good selection to choose from and the entire transaction took only 2 minutes.

The best customer service over the phone did not seem rushed, offered a number of options up took his time to navigate the many selections out there. The machine is great just wish it had a bigger chamber. All in all very happy with the choice of using Vapemeet

Great Customer Service !! The two gentlemen helped me and my best friend out pick the best vape flavours & also showed us how to use the vape and to fill it! They showed us all the price ranges to show us the different options , not just showing us the most expensive ones. Will definitely be returning for business again! Thank you for the amazing service
