They were extremely helpful! I came in looking for replacement to an item that we broke, and someone immediately came up to me; took less than a minute for me to explain the product and they knew what I was talking about.They were also extremely friendly as well! Made me laugh so. I certainly recommend them if you need anything.

Love having Forum in Chinatown, so accessible and the customer service is always excellent! I’ve bought a few tools and appliances here and they have all lasted a long time plus they have great sales a few times a year and my mom has made me swear to let her know when I see them having their sale sign lol

We bought exactly what we came for in less than five minutes. No walking through acres of a big box store. Bright, clean, knowledgeable staff and a large variety of appliances and kitchen tools.

Efficient and Affordable. I can't say enough about the level of service I received from Forum Appliances. Brought in a Breville Toaster Oven/Air Fryer with a faulty fan, and for $75 they fixed the problem in less than a week with an added bonus of a 3 month warranty on their service. I struggled to find a small appliance repair shop and am thankful that I brought it into Forum Appliances before deciding to scrap my oven for a new one. If you own any Breville appliances that need repair, do yourself a solid and call Forum first as you'll get a better deal and better service in less time than calling Breville directly!

In a world where manufacturers provide one-year warranties for products with one-year life spans and overcharge for parts even if you can find a repair provider (increasingly difficult these days), it's no wonder that most people feel it's simpler and more cost-effective to replace broken small appliances rather than try to have them repaired. However, the landfills are filling up and society's disposable" consumer attitude is out of control so I went on a hunt for a small appliance repair shop and came upon these guys. I emailed them a brief breakdown of the problem I was experiencing with my mixer to see how optimistic I should be before hauling the shockingly heavy thing into the shop. Although the company possesses a fast responding support team, I have found the cost of products, the shipping options and the support response unreasonable.They charge $17.49 for shipping two small screws of less than 3 cubic centimeters and that weigh less than 50g (together). When inquiring about alternatives with them, they recommended that I look through their website to find products I did not need, with the objective of spending almost three times the cost of my cart to be eligible for their Free Shipping" policy."

I’ve taken a couple small appliances here. One they were able to fix well and the other for whatever reason didn’t work out. The customer service has been amazing regardless of outcome. No issue getting full refund for the attempted fix. Highly recommend!

Awesome service! Brought my stand mixer in for repair and they truly provide an excellent customer experience. They were able to upgrade the motor to a more powerful one and fixed all the gearing. I would highly recommend them if you need a small appliance repaired.

+ 3/4 stars - OPINION - the sign of a good business is one that knows it has reached it's limit of expertise with a customer - that is how i feel about FHA Inc. i always get great service at the chinatown store and recently stumped them with a problem - they directed me to who they thought could serve me - Lee's on fraser - just another - YOU GUYS ROCK! to the staff in chinatown
