Marta and her sister we're a remarkable team! The ease of which they created their masterpiece, within less than an hour, was astounding.The balloons we're an integral part of this Celebration of Life and the guests could not stop talking about how BEAUTIFUL the clusters were. Marta interpreted my vision to the minutest detail.As I'm certain that there are other companies offering balloon designs, I cannot imagine anyone who was more pleasant, creative and accommodating.I wish Marta and her company, all the success it so richly deserves. Decora events were amazing for our event! The two ladies who helped set up everything were so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional. I wanted to rent a wooden frame for a client. After many messages they quoted me for just a frame. I tried getting hold of them but they just left me on seen. Finally when I asked a friend to get in touch with them they replied to them saying they do not rent the wooden frame. Going back on their words and ignoring a customers message is extremely unprofessional. If you are unable to provide a service please say so and not ignore a customers request!

Bad customer service. Also have to mention the lying on google reviews to make customers look bad. Also blocks customers from further commenting/replying to reviews.Most of their good reviews are from friends and family.

Decora did the balloon decor for a birthday party I organized and they did an absolutely perfect job..the hall looked beautiful..I received so many compliments.. they duplicated the decor to the photos I sent to them from pintreset ..from the start of communications with the coordinator to then end of my event they did an amazing job and I am very picky and particular with things..their prices were also very reasonable compared to any other company who does balloon decor..Marta was a pleasure to deal with .. thank you Decora Events

Decora Events has done Soo many events of mine, And we are absolutely blown away every time! The amount of effort, care, detail, and inspiration that goes into the decorations is ONE OF A KIND!!! With so many options to choose from, I have never seen the same design twice! Decora Events is an incredible team to work with and dream endlessly with!!Hands down the best decorating team I have worked with!!!!

She's the best decorator in the GTA, she's amazing making your dream decoration comes true, she pays so much attention to every little detail and she's constantly innovating her portfolio, I have had her for Thanksgiving party, gender reveal party, baby shower, my daughter's bday, she can do it ALL!! I would recommend Decora Events 100%

Very poor service. I reached out to them for an event and they kept stalling and stalling until eventually they just began ghosting me completely. I reached out 3 months prior to my event and waited months for them to respond until I eventually switched over to another company.

Our experience with Decora Events was absolutely incredible! We worked with Marta, who was such a positive person to meet and gave us the right vibe from the get-go! Marta understood the vision that we had for our daughter’s first birthday party and worked her magic beautifully on the big day. She accommodated all the tiniest of requests that we had and made sure the venue looked dazzling with the prettiest and most detailed decorations! The decor was one of the highlights of the evening and we cannot thank Marta enough for making our special day so perfect with her beautiful talent and art! Great ideas, warm communication, efficiency of work, on the mark delivery = an amazing customer experience! 10/10 recommended! ⭐️Thank you so much, Marta and Decora Events! We've enjoyed working with Marta for our staff BBQ event on campus. She is always prompt in responding, finds creative solutions and has a great taste. Looking forward to future collaboration!
