This business is being run with an unbelievable amount of incompetence. Also one of the employees drives very recklessly.

Worked here as an installer. You are doomed to fail. Noone wants you to succeed.

Well to start- The Owner belittles staff in front of customers!! My sign was supposed to be made of aluminum but instead it was made of some cheap plastic board with a metalic layer on top and really didn’t look like a professionally made sign. Looked like someone made in in their garage . Their prices were higher than most shops but boasted about quality and service. It was also two months later than they promised and offered no discount until I launched a formal complaint. If you want better prices just complain and they will fold quickly. I will never return to this greedy small business again. The owner should be ashamed. VERY Disappointed in this company.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hansen Signs! From the conception to the installation these guys kept us in the loop and surpassed our expectations with the end product. Highly recommend!

We recently made an order from Hansen’s (March 31,2021). It took them 13 days to get a mock up back to us when they had already put decals on the truck so they already had everything they needed for the signs. The invoice that was provided to us on March 31 said we only had to pay the balance upon pickup however it was requested we go in and pay without even receiving the items and because it was a reputable company we did that. When I paid for the items on Tuesday April 20th I was advised we would have the signs in hand on Friday April 23rd or Monday April 26th. They had not contacted us on either of those days so I called on Monday April 26th and was told they still did not have them and when I asked when they would be ready I was told they would call me back but they never did. We sent an email asking to cancel the order as it has been long enough dealing with this and the election is in less than 2 weeks. So here we are April 28th and still no signs in our hands so I called them again. I asked to speak with the manager and I got the pleasure of speaking with Nick (the owner) who in my mind is a horrible business owner and does not know how to speak with his customers. He was only filled in about the issues this morning but had no solution and refused to cancel the order that I never should of had to pay for in advance. He then proceeded to tell me that the signs were ordered through a third part and that’s why they weren’t here. That was never told to us when we ordered the items. He also said that’s where all candidates get their signs which is not true as I know of 3 that got them elsewhere. He asked what I wanted him to do about it and that it isn’t their fault. What? I told him he should be giving more information to his customers about products and his staff shouldn’t be giving out dates if they don’t have that information to give. I told him that I would then go through the bank and dispute the charges as services not rendered and that’s where our conversation ended.Do not order from them! They are horrible to deal with, lack communication and you just end up with a giant headache. Safe to say we will never go through them for anything again.
