The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! Hope everything goes well for the owners in the future. Highly recommend this business for cat and dog food/treats.

Extremely happy with my purchase from this store!! I was trying to buy a cat bed that was sold out of anywhere to buy it in Canada and get it shipped to my house. I found it at Orico and even though it wasn't in stock they went out of their way to get it into the store for me very quickly.Customer service is very nice and gets back to you right away. Highly reccomend supporting this store for your pet needs. I will be recommending friends to look into the store and will be coming back!

So glad I found this place, I live in Surrey and had to drive to Coquitlam to get my cat food (Ziwi Peak). Found out this place has all these cans in stock. Very good customer service and good stock on lots of products. Highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic Pet store, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming!I came with my friend to pick up some pet food, and were not sure which product is the better fit for the cat, and whether some toys are adequate for the kitty as well.So we went up and asked!the staff patiently walked us through the different type of cat food and toys, and asked us 5~7 questions to understand what may be the better fit! (instead of just hard selling)appreciate the staff time and will definitely come back again!

Yesterday was my first time at this shop!! AMAZING!!! I finally found a LEFT HANDED de-shedding comb. It was so strong and durable, My Matty's matts are gone. I am amazed of the quality of products this store has and the kind and knowledgable staff (owner?) the young lady had. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the place. This is the shop to go to if you care about your pets. Not like those big box pet supply companies in town that are selling dangerous goods. This store in a delight and a gem to visit!!!1

They have the cutest little things for your cats and dogs. Kitty backpacks, cactus scratch posts.. Things you can't find in usual pet stores. Of course they have the usual food etc but this store is a gem! And yes very friendly staff!
