I really needed a capable, reliable and trustworthy HVAC technician but had quite the challenge finding that person. Finally, after several dead ends, my search led me to Ben Branscombe of Parker HVAC Inc. Ben came to the rescue and turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Thank you and great job Ben! Ben was fantastic! Quick to answer my request, showed up on time and when he left, you would have never know he was here. He goes above and beyond and I couldn’t be happy with his services!

I delt with both Terry and Ben. They made a very frustrating and confusing situation so much easier for me to deal with. After having issues with one of our air conditioning units we contacted Parker HVAC to take a look at it. We called during a very busy time and we still received a response very quickly and Ben fit a quick visit in within a few days so we were very pleased with that. During that visit he fixed the problem and we were happy to have the comfort of cool air during a very hot week. He was very helpful in explaining things about our unit. He also looked into whether we were still covered under warranty or not and provided us with that information as well as a quote for other work we asked about within days. We are very pleased with his work and are very thankful for him fixing our unit so quickly.

Ben was extremely knowledgeable! An easy 5 star rating. He even came out after hours on a Friday night and was at my house until 1am. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even show me how to do some things myself. Mini split had shut down and Alex thaw the outside unit and got it working and also made sure it was working properly. Good Job
