Cylvia stepped in and up as there was an extreme time crunch for our audit. She went out of her way to ensure our audit was as painless as an audit can be. She helped navigate the process from start to finsh, and has been a resource in the years since. Definitely would recommend her for audits, as well as safety training, and all the other safety related service she offers. 10 out of 10!
