Storm Car Wash

Will never, ever use this facility again. Can no longer use coins/cash and needed a car wash so bad I went against my better judgement and used my credit card. Wished I had read the reviews first! Charged an extra 24.95 above the wash time with no explanation why. Can not get an answer from the phone number listed. Will be disputing the change with my credit card company. Can not post with zero stars.Per owners reply. What a story! Called MasterCard and they confirmed the billed amount was paid/transferred BEFORE the hold fee was requested, two calendar days difference.Also went back to the facility to look for any reference to a 24.95 hold fee to be charged when using a credit card. Couldn't find a thing!

Charged 24.95 for a 4 min car wash and the machine said I was charged approx $6.25 will be in touch with the better business boreau for business feedback as this $24.95 appears to be a common mishap they must be aware of at this point, and profiting a substantial amount of diahonest money

I was overcharged for a single car wash. I got charged $ 24.95 for a 2 min pressure wax. Wth. And they don't have contact # and there's no one in the wash station to talk to about the issue. I was so disappointed. Will never use this storm car wash station ever again. Pls avoid them at all cost. They rip you off.

Terrible Terrible experience!! Was charged $24.95 for a $3.56 wash. Then days later was changed to $11.00. Still too much. Have contacted staff and they did nothing. Completely dishonest and thieving operation!!!!!

Bays leak and drip on your car, $20 charges on credit card after stopping and making sure machine has reset. Change machine eats money and won’t refund. Had to do charge backs through credit card company because this car wash is garbage.

My credit card statement initially showed I was charged $25 for a $3 car wash. But it has since been adjusted to $2.50, so it just took some time for the proper charge to be applied.

Unfortunately, this car wash does not clean properly. I tried to get dirt off my vehicle and sprayed the car over multiple times (3X) and there was still areas of dirt after it dried off. Very poor soap being used perhaps? Not recommended.

Huge rip off, i usually go to the shawnessy carwash and they charge your credit car exactly what the machine says. Came here lastnight and the machine said 7$ but charged my visa 25$. Straight robbery do not go here...

I went to do a simple DIY spray car wash, put in a loonie and 4 quarters (it says $2 to start) but it wouldn't take quarters, so I used my Mastercard for the extra dollar. I just checked my credit card statement and it charged me $19!! They never pick up the phone when you call.

Scam of a car wash, machine takes coins but doesn't register. Tried the credit card swipe, charged $25 for 5 mins of use. No receipt, no one onsite. Should be shutdown.
