Usually really enjoy this place, but the last visit a few of the younger staff just stared and didnt offer any assistance. Besides that the place usually has everything I need.

Purchased a riding helmet and boots for my daughter. Excellent customer service!! We got everything we needed at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic service getting me fitted for a helmet and riding boots. They even have a cat on staff who helped me inspect the boots. Will be back for more!

Very clean store, great environment with merchandise displayed in a way that makes it easy to see. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.My only complaint is that there is a very, very small selection of western tack (I'm talking one little corner with a few bits, reins, head stalls, saddle pads, breast plates and a few other odds and ends). Their online store definitely has a bit more to offer but because the store itself is so small, and due to the Edmonton area riding demographic consisting of mostly english riders, it is understandable. That being said it's still frustrating when you enter the store with an exact item in mind then find out you'll have to order it in or settle for something else.Overall you can't fault them on the selection as they are working with limited space and catering to the riders that frequent the store. I almost always walk out with something whether or not it was exactly what I was looking for or something very similar
