Catherine is one of the most personable people I've ever had the pleasure to meet combined with an incredibly professional attitude. I highly commend her for dealing with any and everything I've brought to her with an above and beyond mentality. I can't find the words to truly describe how instrumental Catherine has been in improving my mental health and helping me improve my quality of life.

I would highly recommend Catherine. She is so easy to talk to. She has so much knowledge and uses it very well. In a short amount of time, Catherine was able to help me change my life in a positive way.

**Ive changed the rating as JF called me and apologised. Misunderstandings happen and he was the super friendly person I talked to on the phone once. Texting is easy, but I dont recommend it. Just call for questions and concerns to avoid the issue I had.**Counselor gets 10/5! Michelle was amazing. But whoever they have in charge of sending texts out to clients is super unprofessional. I felt that way the first time I made an appointment, but was happy I wouldn't have to really deal with them again since all my forms were signed and I was set up. I'm not a local so I usually have to do telephone appointments, I made my third appointment online and was planning to meet her in person. Well one event after the other, and I had to change the appointment twice, the last I needed to change to phone but couldnt figure out how so just completely changed the appointment. I recieved a text informing me I was be required to pay a week in advance, thanks for understanding, or I can just cancel my appointment. Fair enough as I switched it a couple times, but why add the just cancel part? So I just pre-paid and submitted my claim to my insurer as I always do. A few days later I get an email to sign a consent form to share my information, at the end there is a notice that I may be charged an additional 40-60 dollars for any email or phone calls they have to do. I never have dealt with this before, so I asked what this was, because I wouldnt of made another appointment if I knew there was going to be additional charges. They completely jumped the gun informing me they cancelled the appointment, will process my refund, and informed me they can't make predictions its not their scope of work, have a good day. Whoa. So I said ya thanks. Then they continue the conversation saying I can keep the appointment and 2 minutes later ask are you going to keep it or not? Its hard to understand through text someones tone, but I felt very uncomfortable. I just wanted it cancelled and to not deal with this JF" again

Catherine is the best of the best. Very good with trauma counselling and I highly recommend her services.

Through her evidence-based practices, she structured supervision with assessments, discussions, and evaluations that allowed me to grow and further my counselling skills by examining my beliefs around clients and therapy. She is open to discussion, offers support and understanding, and provides meaningful feedback. Catherine's expertise, ethical practice, and empathy created the space for me to move from a novice stage into competence; I developed a sense of my own professional identity and counselling values. She is skilled at delivering supervision with appropriate levels of guidance, instruction, and support. Catherine is a valuable gatekeeper to the counselling profession.

As my clinical supervisor, Catherine was professional, ethical, compassionate and skilled. I was and am still thankful for her mentorship as I start my own counselling practice.I was able to see her counselling in action as part of my supervision. I learned Catherine naturally builds a strong rapport and counselling relationship. She has a wide range of skills and a breadth of experience to draw from. The counselling world is lucky to have her!

Catherine is highly skilled at what she does and was a remarkable resource and coach for me. I recommend her without hesitation.
