Things has really changed with this location. Their staff are so friendly and helpful. Now they offer 24/7 storage access. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good storage with reasonable pricing.

I am very dissatisfied with their service. Always take multiple photos of the odometer when using a U-Haul truck from this location. They tamper with KMs to charge you more!!!!!!!

Zero stars. The Uhaul site told me I could have a mobile pick up at this location, then they called and left a voicemail the day before my move saying I'd have to wait until they opened to pick up my truck (even though I booked a month in advance). When I called them back, the first operator hung up as soon as I said I had an issue. When returning the truck after hours, the mobile app asked for my location, then wouldn't let me input it. I will never use Uhaul or this particular location again!
