We were at Skechers Oshawa today looking for a pair of comfy shoes. The store has a great collection. But the most impressive thing we received was customer service! Riyaad and the rest of the team there offer truly outstanding assistance. They are attentive, patient and pleasant in manner. We appreciated such outstanding service! Shoutout to you all at Sketches Oshawa!

So, I have only been to this store a couple of times. Iam very picky and with inflation, I really have to budget my finances. The customer service here is so amazing! The sales girl Hannah really made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer! Also, I can say that my very first sketchers pair of shoes did develop a premature tear. The sales staff showed me that they stand behind their product. The did allow me to exchange my shoes. Granted, it was a reasonable time frame and the shoes displayed evidence of being barely worn. I wouldn't ever suggest asking for an exchange if it were unreasonable circumstances. Anyway, the point is that due to the customer service, prices and adorable variety (also the store's willingness to stand behind product quality) I will return to spend my money and highly recommend! Five stars to Hannah!!!❤️

My son bought me a pair for Christmas, I came to exchange them and was helped by the manager James. He was so patient with me as I tried on nearly every pair in the store! In the end i bought another pair and It was such a pleasant experience. Amazing customer service, I would highly recommend this store and ask for James

Great customer service from the moment we walked in. We had Jaren helping us the whole time. We tried on 3-4 pairs and he was back and forth working with us. He was kind and confident with his skills and getting what we needed. I would totally go back and ask for Jaren. Great job! thanks Steven & Dan

Houriya was fantastic and super patient as I changed my mind a million time! Super friendly staff. I'm not a big shoe shopping fan, but I've found a brand I like and will stick with them. I'm on my third or fourth pair of Sketchers in the last few years. Love them!

5 stars for the employee Ronaldo is super helpful and very kind! He was very patient as I browsed the whole store asking questions about different shoes and products. I recommend asking for Ronaldo as he made my shopping experience a 10/10. outstanding customer service from him.
