I do most of my vehicle's minor routine maintenance myself, but I have used Total Automotive for brake pad's/rotor's replacement, tire warranty replacement, as well as when one of my timing belt pulley's broke.I have dealt personally with Gerry, Kyle, and Ford and found them all to be extremely friendly, honest, and professional. They provide detailed inspection reports with photos (not just a tick box on a form). Their online booking and appointment reminders are great in this day and age. They have always provided me with options and their honest opinion of what work should be done now, or if I can save my money and wait something out.Their attention to detail also shows with their adherence to cleanliness and disinfection protocols during COVID-19.I would recommend Total Automotive to any of my friends or family.Thanks for the great service guys.

My rig started making expensive sounding noises this afternoon and I needed it for camping tomorrow morning. I drove in to Total. They had a cancellation so they got me in. Within 30 mins they called with options, including ones to get me on the road for the weekend. An hour and a half after that and the repairs were done. Always had great service from these guys, always recommend.

Easy to make an appointment and got my out of province inspection done. Ford was friendly, explained everything, gave recommendations but NOT pushy to get me to commit to anything that wasnt completely necessary. Very reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone. I will come back for further needs.

Total Automotive is a great quality business run by friendly, genuine people who really do care about one another and their community. They always give honest advice and do a good job. On top of that, Ford and Gerry seem to always remember me personally even though I haven't been a full-time resident of Chilliwack for over 10 years. My dad has been going to them for well over 15 years (probably more) and even though I live over 2 hours away, I still drive down to see them when I can because I trust them so much. I have been meaning to write a review for them for a while but especially felt compelled to do so because I recently had my car in for a quick oil change and was impressed with how they've adapted to provide great customer service even in times of Covid. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

Incredibly attentive and thorough, with great results. My car underwent a major operation with these guys, including an engine replacement, and they were extremely careful to make sure that it was done successfully, within my budget, and within the requirements of my extended warranty. All repairs have been satisfactory, and I will use them again for any future maintenance and repairs for my vehicles. Thanks a lot!
