Great place to get your first aid + cpr + aed and likely other classes as well. The instructor (Christina) is awesome, knowledgeable and very informative. I found she made learning a great experience, she used many of her own experiences as a paramedic and a student to relate to the course material which was great. She also added in some information about mental health and where to access further information which I found very important. Overall great experience and made my 2 days of this mandatory course better. Thank you Christina for doing what you do!

Instruction was good. Do they teach anything that’s not on YouTube? No.But you get to ask questions from the instructor. Also you don’t get a certificate by watching YouTube videos.There are many courses to choose from such as standard and emergency first aid, for babysitters and pregnant women, etc.I should have taken the emergency first aid course a long time ago as I have young children but finally got around to doing it and it gives some peace of mind and confidence to manage a variety of medical situations while EMS arrives.

Fantastic! Jerry with his years of experience made training absolutely wonderful. He kept the class engaged, humoured our questions and jokes and allowed us to feel confident about practicing First Aid. Definitely recommend!

Gary was awesome! He’s an amazing instructor and I really enjoyed learning from him. I highly recommend anyone to take this course. It will improve your confidence and make you very valuable in any emergency situation, especially in the event of having to help your own family members. Ask for Gary, he’s the best.

My daughter just came back from successfully completing the St. John's Ambulance Babysitting certificate course.They were very friendly, professional, and great with the kids. It was a very positive learning experience for her and they made it fun for the whole group. I would definitely recommend sending your kids to get a basic understanding of first aid. It's a confidence builder, plus it is useful just to know this information.

Did my CPR HCP and Standard first aid course here Oct 23/24th and it was the best CPR course I have ever taken. Gary was my instructor and he was absolutely amazing. So knowledgable and he added a lot of humour which made the class fun and exciting. HIGHLY recommend taking a course here with Gary.

Fabulous emergency first aid program.Hilda was my instructor and she did a very thorough job. She was great at addressing the group's questions throughout the day.The facility has cpr dummies (adult and infant sized) that you can actually breathe into. They have a disposable plastic bag inside them that acts like a pair of lungs. We also recieved a first aid handbook. I will be back to recertify!
