Regardless I will always visit dollarrama I'm disappointed in the safety protocols concerning COVID-19 Very little sanitation happening Counters aren't wiped down Only takes a few minutes to do these things This is a company that can't be contacted Not even by the store The company ships what they want in the store The store itself only sells Can't order anything online Can't contact a head office I have done some research on the ownership I can't track it down Still I go almost everyday I take extra precautions when I enter N95 mask for sure Sanitizing hands before going in and after I'm out

Got a $75 ticket for parking there while shopping there. Toronto must be trying to stop people driving it seems like.

Great store, always a bargain to find, little disappointed stocking shelves boxes every where difficult to get around store,too many boxes out in store

Too narrow to truly be called accessible" they need to re-do the check out-entrance and exit in a way that doesn't cluster and clutter over half the store."

I operate two childcare centres and I visit this location weekly and I spend a lot of money here. One employee stands out each time because she greets with a smile, she is efficient at her job and seems to be manager quality although I don't think she's a manager. I always receive excellent customer service by Lisa at this location and I want to recognize her particularly because as a regular customer, I could go to any other Dollarama to spend hundreds of dollars per visit but I come here so I receive this service each time by Lisa. Thank you!

The location is good but the space is so small. It always seems overcrowded, and the zigzagging checkout is unnecessary. Cut out the self check out and break up the cash register counter and put them at the large opening at the waste of space at the opening of the store. Cuts out on theft and crowd control.

This Dollarama is pretty great I think. I find these stores are usually hit or miss when it comes to many items but this Dollarama seems to be good and pretty consistent. Altho like every Dollarama, good luck finding ANY item that costs $1 anymore. Closest you'll find to that is over $1.$1.25 and up!!I think it should be called......Over-A-Dollarama!!!! Lol
