This couple went beyond the call of duty. I was stuck with my van at the mall and i lost my keys. They saved my whole day and they had the most incredible Personalities. Highly recommended... It was my pleasure to meet John and his wife.

Fantastic service! My 9-year-old son has a gumball machine with locks but no keys, so we brought the pair of locks here to see if we could get keys impressioned. The gentleman got keys made while we waited, and barely 5 minutes later we had working locks! My son was super impressed and we couldn't be happier with the speedy and professional service. I highly recommend Airdrie Lock & Key, and they will be top-of-mind when the need for locksmith services arise again!

I got the locks from amazon and Canadian Tire in Airdrie couldn't copy their keys because they are not North American standard. They referred me to this place and I'm glad they did. Not only they readily had the keys available to be copied but also pointed out the problems with it. They copied keys work perfectly, price is fair, and the service is great.

Went there to get a copy of my car key. I brought my own blank as no one seems to carry the ones I need. The woman I spoke to said I had the wrong kind of key, that the length was different, and she refused to cut it for me. She wouldn't even try. I knew it was the right key as I was diligent in making sure I had a compatible key. They also did not carry a compatible key that I could purchase. I got the key cut elsewhere and it works just fine.

Mary completely looked after my complicated locksmith needs. Together, over a period of 3 visits 3 days apart, she nailed it down perfectly. I've been getting simple keys cut there over the last five years and I have never had a problem once. This last problem was solved with patience and professionalism. I searched google for door locks and such. Airdrie Lock & Key came in pretty much 5 stars across the board. Then I saw 3 one star ratings. I read them (laughed to myself) and had to go there. I had a small chuckle with Mary about the one stars. I recieved amazing service from her and I believed she saved me a bit of money abselutly per going to a big Box store. This goes to show you that it is impossible to please all no matter how great your customer service is. Thanks Karen and Kevin/Chad for helping me make this awesome choice for my future locksmith in my new neighborhood. And to all of the customers that gave this business 5stars, you're awesome as well.

This little slightly out of the way" business is truly a gem in my opinion. This lady knows the lock and key business. I have frequented this business on several occasions and for good reason. Plain and simple: get your keys cut here.... and they work! Exactly as you would expect. Not like a machine cut key that may or may no. And the service is fast. In and out in less than 5 minutes because the equipment is kept calibrated and everything works as it should. Can't say enough good things about a little gem like this one. Competitive pricing too."

Gave them a challenge today and within hours they came through for me. Haven’t had to use a locksmith service in years, happy I found this one.
