Staff is friendly, happy and helpful. Great if you are in need of basic school/ seasonal party supplies and you can order in if you need specific extras for a wedding/ party events

Manger and the Assistant Manger who happens to be her daughter back when I went in. Were both extremely rude. Called everyone trash behind our backs when we thought we couldn't hear them. Very unprofessional.

The staff is very very rude. Especially the tin age boy with hairy hands (tall one, works at near exit counter). Pardon for my words but he is way rude and resist that’s what my observation. Seen first time in Canada till I arrived, well I will never recommend or visit this store again.I really looking forward to take legal action against him.

There’s everything you’d need. Stores typically pretty clean. Staff come off a bit rude,but they’re actually quite friendly once you get talking to them. They’re all very helpful! My favorite store forsure
