As a Woman I don’t know much about vehicles and am always afraid of being ripped off. My air conditioner stopped working in my car. I researched auto shops on line and read the reviews. Giddens & Son had excellent reviews and I decided to go with them. I am happy to report I had excellent service and everything was thoroughly explained to me and I definitely did not feel ripped off! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them if I have any other issues.

Great guy and great service. Could have charged me, but talked me out of doing a brake job that was not required yet. Another shop lied and told me I needed new brakes ASAP. Good thing I got a second opinion. Honest and highly recommend.

We have been going to Giddens for several years and always receive excellent service. They are very honest and never try to upsell you, but repair everything as necessary. Today we took the car for general maintenance before a road trip and as everything was good, he did not even charge for the checkup.

Awsome ServiceAnd trustworthy they will never tell you you need somthing done unless it needs to be doneThey will tell you things like your brakes are ok but in a few months you will need them.Not like so many other places ( dealer ships are the worst) will tell you need work before you really need it donePs I have dealt with them for over 30 yearsAnd my parents before me.

Cannot say enough nice things about thos place. I know nothing about cars and always drive old beaters. Damian has always kept them running and always explained the costs and had REALLY fair rates. Now all my friends and family go there too. He is absolutely trust worthy and always respectful and pleasant.

been taking my car here for years. The father was the most competent and honest mechanic I have ever used and the son is carrying on the tradition. I now live in abbotsford and will drive my car over an hour to take it here. The car is currently in mexico and is bottoming out a lot. I will take it there to have it inspected for damge and I know I will get an honest assessment. Tip: Dont take a Honda Fit to Mexico
