it was 1:30 am . heavy raining. i wanted coffee but it was closed but that punjabi girl had shown kindness to serve me coffe and cookies though window. appreciate that

The debit machine was down in drive thru. Instead of telling me at the speaker, they took my order & told me the debit machine was down at the window & please come inside.When I went inside it was completely disorganized. People waiting in line, some have ordered in the drive thru, some waiting in line to order. Nobody knew what was going on.I left. I wasn't about to wait in 2 lines and order my meal again.

Raman’s service attitude is so bad not only to custom also to her workmate. I work near by come to Tim everyday. Raman cant remember customer order. She always give the wrong order and blame the customer and throw the bagle crazy. She dont allow me to use the Coupon.I never see the people work in Tims like Raman. It is a disaster and it is terrible.Thats why this location always hiring bc nb want to work with Raman.

The amount of time you need to spend just to get a coffee here is ridiculous. There seems to be some ridiculous demand for Tim hortons in Georgetown while The rest of Canada has grown tired of the poor food, worsening coffee and generally terrible customer service. The app is fairly awful as well.Although this location isn't as bad as the other Mountainview location, which is filled with extremely rude workers, it still takes far too long to get a simple order.

They frequently get the order wrong, especially when it comes to food. Today was bad enough I felt a need to leave a review. We ordered a sausage farmers wrap and payed for bacon. We received a wrap with sausage and hash brown and that’s it. Extremely disappointed.

Stand at the counter to order, 5 people behind the counter, im the only one in line. They carried on chatting to each other until the one girl doing the garbages told them i was there. Funny thing is one girl walked by 3 times. Luck of the draw with the shift i guess.

Nothing but issues here - At the drive thru and the woman hands me my tray of coffees and I went to put them onto the floor of my car, the entire tray falls apart and coffee spills every where. The tray was cracked in half. I said to the woman the tray is cracked in half and my coffees spilled everywhere" -- The woman said "I know

I’m trucker and asked for coffee from drive window as I was walked to window bcse I parked my truck on road and no one showed up to window. Then I called and asked for coffee but girl refused to serve as she said it’s not under their policy and I could come later on.I need to ask everyone specially Tim’s facility that we trucker brings every necessary thing under every circumstance and in return receive this sort of behaviour.Is this good and respectful. Don’t u think trucker are also human beings and should treat little bit better.Really feels bad today!!!

Waited over 20 min for a chicken bowl. When it was finally ready, the server handed it to a customer who was behind me in line. I had to “wrench it away” from her. The bowl was sitting there on a counter for a long time “waiting” for a chicken. Obviously, the rice was cold when I got it. Very unappetizing!

Worst experience in 8 years order at tim hortons.I don't know why the staff is so rude speically there is one girl Named RAMANPREET KAUR i think she is the manager of this tim hortons. I would give this guys 0 stars if i can. Never ever interacted with this kind of rude manager
